Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

The car-free Braunwald impresses in all seasons with a wide range of activities and is ideal for families: skiing, sledging, cross-country skiing, hiking, relaxing in the nearby spa or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. Our apartment, which was completely renovated and refurnished in 2023, is located on the outskirts of town, but you can still walk to the town center in a few minutes and thus be close to the restaurants and shopping. In addition to two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, you will find a large spacious living room that invites you to relax with the fireplace, smart TV and relaxation lounger.
