Outdoor pool, cafes, restaurants, boule and bowling alley, sound hiking trail within walking distance. Dog(s) welcome on request, no cats. Not suitable for fitters. Tourist tax €0.70 per person/day (on site)

The garden can be used. The location is absolutely quiet in a side street in the Bessungen district not far from the Orangery (park).

Neben einemDuschbad im 1.OG befindet sich im EG noch eine seperate Toilette. Das Haus ist leider nicht behindertengerecht. Katzen sind in unseren Unterküften nicht gestattet.

The apartment is in the countryside In the neighbor are vineyards, field and forest. Downtown is also just 10 minutes away by foot. A large Tegut market is right around the corner. The apartment offers air conditioning and in addition a covered balcony with great views and by arrangement garden and barbecue can also be used. There is also a small fireplace in the room, which contributes to a nice atmosphere. The apartment is located in an apartment building on the third floor.

Cute farmhouse from the 18th century with garden

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "the Ima", a cottage built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms ( 2 with doors and one with curtain), fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many many many books. The vacation home is located in Scheuergasse, one of the most beautiful streets in the Bergstraße region. Scheuergasse is a traffic-calmed area and largely car-free. All shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance. Within a radius of only 100 m, there is a bakery, several restaurants, an ice cream parlor and a kiosk. Supermarkets, a bike shop, the Sparkasse and much more can be reached comfortably on foot in 5 minutes.
