The forest even has a free running area for dogs. At 5 km from the campground is the beautiful swimming pool 't Nije Hemelriek, which has a beautiful white sandy beach! And there is more to do, such as: The Boomkroonpad at 8km, Drouwenerzand Amusement Park at 9km and WILDLANDS Adventure Zoo Emmen at 30km from the campsite!

The chalet is located in the family park De Lente in Drenthe, where there are many activities for children such as; a pumptrack, kids bolderhal [open during opening hours of the course cafe], mini cable car, large bouncy castle, outdoor swimming pool, during school holidays also a kids club so plenty to do at the campsite.
