A beautiful view of the sea towards Djursland and Riis Forest. In the first row and with a clear view of the sea, and you often see training/canopy in the sea area just out front. There is quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing jetty in front of the Lighthouse. The home appears modern in its expression with raw concrete walls and includes a toilet, kitchen, and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be turned out for 2 people.

For the discerning tenant. Best location on Aarhus Island

First parking to the water and with lovely views of Aarhus, this lovely two room apartment is rented in the house of AARhus, designed by architect Bjarke Engels. The apartment contains a living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom, bathroom and the loveliest south-west facing terrace. We have looked into the details of the apartment so that it can be the setting for nice days in Aarhus and on Aarhus Island. The area has plenty of restaurants, takeaways, forest, beach and city within walking distance. There is a parking cellar in the house.

In good weather, the harbor promenade is just outside well visited. Cozy and well utilized bathhouse with sleeping home. Fantastic, south facing, 180 degree panoramic views to water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its very best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Newly renovated apartment of 93 sqm over 2 floors at Trøjborg in Aarhus near the city center, forest and beach, where there is a cinema, shopping, 24-hour gas station and many good eateries nearby. The apartment has a living room, 2 rooms and large open loft space. There are 6 beds, sofa, 2 folding mattresses and a travel bed for children under 2, so the place is suitable for a large family or many overnight guests. There is a kitchen with dishwasher and a good bathroom with underfloor heating and its own washing machine.
