Beautiful mini-house in the extension of our own house in a quiet residential area, 250 meters from a nice, child-friendly beach, 20 minutes from Aarhus by car. Slow down in the quiet surroundings and let our tiny house welcome you with warm colors and cozy, quality-conscious decor. There is light and spaciousness with room for singles/couples and small families. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. In addition, a nice bathroom with beautiful tiles, underfloor heating and rain shower.

Small cottage on a large natural plot close to Gudenåen

The cottage is simple and personally decorated. Still with some of the atmosphere from '67 when it was built. It is located on a large natural plot (3,000 m2) in a protected cottage area, close to Gudenåen with access to a common area with a jetty and its own canoe. The forest, Mossø and the heather hills are just around the corner. On the property, there is an annex that we ourselves have for our products. Sverre is a ceramist and Anne Mette is a weaver. We live (and work) in the neighboring house and are always available when we are home.

Beautiful holiday home right on the beach

On the waterfront of Ugelbølle Strand, you will find this very unique, well-maintained, charming petit cottage from the 1900s. The house has been renovated over the years and is in very good condition. When you sit in the living room and enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink on the terrace, you get the feeling of sitting on a houseboat, as there is only 7 meters to the water. It is quiet and peaceful here - and only the sea can be heard when the window is ajar at night. The kayak or paddleboard can be put in the water directly from the terrace.

cozy, newer wooden cottage with kitchen with fridge, microwave and hob, electric mini oven. Underfloor heating in the cabin. Toilet, shower with hot water tank 30l, (short shower) Double bed, sofa, dining table, small terrace. TV and Wi-Fi. The cottage is located in the garden close to our house. We live outside the village of Hjortshøj on the edge of the forest and close to the highway. Dogs are welcome. Rented with bed linen and towels. Distance to Aarhus 12 km, to public transport 600 m. The cottage is not suitable for long-term stays.

Beautifully located tiny-House with sea view within walking distance to Kalø Castle ruin. The house is located in a large garden with old fruit trees with a lovely little fenced terrace. The house contains 1 bedroom with two good beds, kitchen with hot plates, oven and fridge, living room with dining area as well as TV and private shower and toilet. Note: It's a small house! Free parking is available at the pottery shop. No possibility of buying breakfast. Bed linen is brought or can be purchased for 125, - / person No pets.

Dyrekærhusets log cabin

The log cabin is located in the most beautiful and serene nature. You can walk in Dyrekærskoven, sit by the creek, watch the wildlife or go on small hikes - one overlooking the Horsens fjord. You can relax in an outdoor hot tub (from April to October). We have four cute goats that you can talk to and feed. If you have children, there is a swing, a zip line from the forest, a trampoline, basketball, a soccer goal, and plenty of opportunities for outdoor play. Dyrekærhuset is suitable for retreating. The log cabin is heated.

Tiny House Lindebo near by the Beach

Tiny House Lindebo is a small cozy summerhouse. The house is located in a cozy garden, with a lovely covered south-facing terrace. It is 200 meters to the bus stop, from where the bus goes to Aarhus C. The nature around the house offers both cozy forest and 600 meters from the house is a really nice beach. Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people. Towels, dishcloths, duvets, bed linens, and firewood for the cozy wood-burning stove.

Quiet and cosy little guesthouse in our garden that sleeps two people. The area offers ample opportunity to cycle, run or walk in the beautiful nature around Silkeborg or Gudenåen (The River Guden). Annex with two spacious rooms + bathroom located separately on the property. Both rooms are rented together. One room is equipped with a large and good double bed. In the other room, there is a small table, two chairs and a sofa. There is an electric kettle, a small fridge, Nescafe, mugs, plates and cutlery available. There are no additional kitchen facilities in the apartment and it is therefore best suited for overnight stays only.

So remember to bring nightwear as it can be a little cool at night. Also access to outdoor shower and fireplace. 800 m to the beach. The annex is located in the backyard of the main house. A home for nature lovers.
