The house is from 1935, so the apartment has patina and charm and is located in a quiet residential area. There is a private entrance, kitchen with most things and bathroom with large shower. There is underfloor heating and plenty of space in the room and hallway areas, etc. Walking distance to the university and the city center and a few minutes to buses on Viborgvej and Ringgaden. If you come by car, there is free parking.

Aarhus centrum og Aarhus Ø ligger ca. 20 minutters gang væk, så du kan nyde byens seværdigheder og samtidig vende tilbage til fredelige omgivelser.
