The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter, and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. Our apartment is located in the picturesque village of Baumkirchen, with a panoramic view of the mountains in the Inn Valley, directly on the field and edge of the forest, idyllic in the countryside. The central location on the highway and train connection (7 minutes' walk) allows numerous activities such as excursions, hikes, any sporting activities in any season for all ages. The proximity to Innsbruck, Hall, Wattens or Schwaz also makes it possible to make cultural excursions.

There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es die Möglichkeit, den Tag kulinarisch im Wellnesshotel Rettenberg ausklingen zu lassen.
