The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. My Apartment is perfect for Oktoberfest-lovers (10 min walk). But you are also very central if you just want to enjoy the city! In 3 min you find yourself in the shopping streets ;) The flat is on the ground floor. The subway (U1, U2, U3 and U6) and bus station Sendlinger Tor is around the corner. There are many cafes and restaurants but also bars and nightlife. It´s a busy spot and the favorite quarter of creative locals and foreign people.
