Incredible location in Los Gigantes with an unforgettable view! We absolutely loved being here - the scenery is stunning, and having access to both pools was a huge plus. The apartment is perfectly situated, close to everything you need while still feeling peaceful and private. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything went smoothly. We had a wonderful holiday and can’t wait to return!

The apartment was great. Superior cleaning services was used. The amenities coverage is great, it has everything from toaster and dishwasher to the additional towels and drying rack. Some of the appliances are not top level and expensive, but everything of a good quality and functioning and clean! The only thing to mention is that balcony/terrace is dedicated to you, but is not privately connected to the apartment. It is not public-public area - the area of the apartment building, but the path goes through the pathway of the neighbors. So you need to wear more clothes and lock the apartment when plan to spend a lot of time on the terrace. Overall experience was great, the views and location, the host service and communication are on the best level! This was our second time in this city - it is adorable, calm and relaxing.

I've been using Airbnb around the world for as long as it exists, and I've never received such fantastic service from the hosts before. First, about the place itself - the view and the terrace are absolutely stunning. We had to make an effort to get out of the apartment every morning because the view is so beautiful - you just want to stay on that terrace admiring it all day. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, spacious, pristinely clean, bright, airy, quiet, and has absolutely everything you can think of for comfortable living and a memorable vacation. It is also located near unique volcanic beaches with easy access to whale watching trips, which was one of the highlights of our vacation. The hosts were incredibly attentive, super-nice and did everything to make our trip a success. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The most important aspect of this apartment is the view, it is really breathtaking and worth visiting. The apartment has everything you need, nicely furnished and clean. I would liked the bathroom and kitchen more clean, but that is the details. Also there is a dishwasher but we didn’t get any tablets so it would be nice if we got a few which is also details. We had a small problem with mosquitoes so a net on the windows would help. Just an advice & one more set of towels. Other than that everything was very nice & we are glad that we chose this apartment. Big bonus is the pool for the building which is open 24/7 and clean.

Firstly - Los Gigantes is definitely the place to stay. Tons to do, but doesn’t feel overly touristy or crowded. Second - the airbnb is great and as described. The hosts are very responsive and it’s clear how much love and care has gone into creating the apartment. It’s equipped with everything you can possibly need for your stay. My only minor complaint is that the hot water ran out too quickly in the shower. Other than that, perfect. I will echo what others have said about parking through. In order to park close to the apartment you need to fight for a spot and be comfortable parallel parking. We did however find a paid option at the harbor when we couldn’t find street parking, which has a 24 hour lot. Thank you to all of the hosts for the great communication and wonderful home :)

Perfect sanctuary for solo holiday to this beautiful island. I loved being on the western side of the island, easy to transport to great hiking, small colorful towns and diverse beaches. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. I would totally recommend.

Silvana's accommodation is cozy and has a breathtaking view. The directions were clear and with the addition of some advice on the surrounding areas. A corner of paradise to enjoy a quiet holiday in good company. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto de la Cruz. Luisa is a lovely host who replies quickly and is very happy to give local recommendations. She even met us very late on our first night (1am!) to let us in and show us around the property. The house itself is large and beautiful and very well-equipped for a big group. We had everything we needed to cook for a week as a group of nine, and more than enough space. The heated pool really is amazing and was such a treat in early May. Highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is a good starting point for many activities on the island. The house is really unique and thoughtful. The terrace with the breathtaking view was definitely a highlight. Communication with the hosts was straightforward, very friendly and helpful – a small power outage was responded to immediately and the issue was quickly resolved. We were also very happy about the beautiful fruit basket and the wine as a welcome gift. All in all, an absolutely recommended place to stay.

Great quiet location in a flower garden, a few minutes from the highway to visit the north of the island easily. The interior is rather modest and the kitchen equipment rudimentary but largely compensated by the general comfort, the quality of the bedding, linens, and especially the 2 well-equipped terraces. We must recommend this place for all its facilities, its calm, with the only sounds of the sea and birds , the wonderful sunsets facing the pool, small but very cute and so well lit at night! do not hesitate to book!

We had a wonderful stay at Candelaria's place. She welcomed us with buckets of flowers, fresh fruit, and local cider. The house offers stunning views and has a charming, traditional character. The outdoor area is beautifully maintained, with lush plants, multiple cozy seating spots, and a great barbecue area. We feel very lucky to have stayed here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Unbelievable views and noticeable thoughtfulness There were fire starters for the barbecue, goggles for snorkelling and sun shade to take to the beach… Very pleasant experience!

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

Highly recommended, a great plus to have parking for the car. Nuria is always attentive and gives instructions to facilitate access to the apartment. Once inside, there is a list with more indications and recommendations of supermarkets, restaurants. As for cleanliness, it was impeccable, both the floor and the furniture, sheets and kitchenware. We had a great stay. The apartment is well furnished and more like a home than a holiday let and is spacious with very comfy beds. It is in a quiet location but only a short walk into the village of Los Gigantes. The view from the front terrace is spectacular and we also used the larger rear terrace which was a bonus to have. Els was a great host and with her husband Thijs gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. They were always available if we had any questions. We would love to stay here again. Gracias/ Bedankt Els

I would come back again and again, incredible in all aspects, the house is incredible, terrace with a hose and sea views, the kindness and sympathy of Gloria is unparalleled, a lovely person, we are delighted and eager to repeat, thank you very much to Daniel and Gloria for making the stay so pleasant!

when we arrived the flat was pristine. there was a welcome basket of fruit and cookie's. there was also toothbrush and paste,shampoo, shaver dressing gowns, bottled water etc . the flat is right on sea and has amazing views. restaurants and small town are three minute walk as are beach and amazing lido. we had a wonderful stay for ten days.

We were met with a very warm welcome by the hostess when we arrived at this great place situated in a very nice secure apartment community. The apartment itself is exactly as described. The place is spotlessly clean, has been renovated recently and has everything in it you would ever need, a real ‘home from home’. Location is excellent, spar supermarket only 1 minute walk, plenty restaurants and beaches only a few more minutes away. The communal pool was great with many beds always available. The hosts are great, previously mentioned the warm welcome when we arrived and also the communication and flexibility from Miguel throughout has been excellent. Excellent accompaniment and hosts, thank you for our stay, we have already recommended to other family members.

The stay in this home has been excellent, not only because of the treatment but because of the comfort of everything. I'm a person who usually misses the bed a lot and in this case this is something to point out, I think I've slept better than at home!! When we arrived, they had prepared a small snack with cheese that was amazing!! Everything was very clean and tidy, the area was perfect and very quiet and one of the most beautiful beaches, El Bollullo, was 12 minutes away by car. In addition, when we arrived, he recommended a lot of places to visit, eat, etc. and was a great help. I recommend it 100%. Thank you very much Manuel and Carmen!

Beautiful and spacious apartment, spotlessly clean and modern with an amazing sun deck and shared pool area. Beds were very comfortable. We were greeted on arrival but Meg who was very friendly and showed us around the apartment. The area is relatively quiet, which is a nice change from Los Cristianos etc., though still with a good range of bars and restaurants. Would particularly recommend the Brittania pub (very welcoming staff and nice vibe) and Roca Negra, a popular beach club for watching the sunset. Overall would highly recommend!

The location of the accommodation is just perfect and the view from the balcony is a dream. Massimilano was a super nice host, we felt very comfortable. Definitely recommend!
