Holiday rentals with beach access in Acireale

Attilio heeft werkelijk voor alles gezorgd in dit smaakvol ingericht appartement. Je komt hier niets tekort, volledig ingerichte keuken, wasmachine, usb-kabels voor het opladen van alle apparatuur, droogrek op het terras,. Het appartement ligt op het gelijkvloers, heeft een heel groot terras met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee, twee ruime slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer. Ondergronds is er een garage. Wij kwamen aan op een feestdag waardoor het ’s avonds lawaaierig op straat was. Maar door het sluiten van de ramen en rolluiken werd het geluid goed gedempt. De kleine attenties (fles water in de koelkast, snoepjes en knabbels, koffiepads, zeep voor de wasmachine, shampoo en zeep in de badkamers) en de vele tips maken van Attilio een perfecte gastheer. Dit is een echte aanrader!!

I had a wonderful holiday at Salvatore’s place – the location is truly beautiful, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The scenery is stunning, and the surrounding area offers a delightful experience with lovely restaurants and local services. The atmosphere is warm, and the welcome was genuinely heartfelt; I felt at home right away. Salvatore is a thoughtful and kind host who does his best to ensure guests feel comfortable. I also received help with some practical arrangements that we had agreed on in advance. I’ll carry fond memories of the unique charm and warmth of this place. Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft war Ende Mai etwas überraschend da man durch einen kleinen Bach fahren muss um ans Ende der Straße zu gelangen. Auch die Einfahrt in die kostenlose Tiefgarage ist etwas holprig und es empfiehlt sich das Auto vorher oben bei dem Appartement zu entladen falls es keine hohen Reifen hat. Aber einmal angekommen ist die Unterkunft wirklich tadellos mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Man hört nachts das Meer rauschen und kann bedenkenlos bei offenen Fenster schlafen. Man kommt vom Apartment auch direkt über eine kleine Treppe zum Strand. Die Unterkunft war eine der saubersten die ich bisher erlebt habe. Auch die leider oft vernachlässigte Mokkakanne zum Kaffee kochen war wirklich sauber. Man erreicht alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch kleine Bäckereien und Geschäfte gut zu Fuß. Da man einen kostenfreien Parkplatz nutzen kann sind auch Ausflüge mit dem Auto immer leicht möglich. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Très bon séjour chez Damiano Très bonne communication, instructions claires s’agissant du logement et sa localisation. Damiano est arrangeant et nous avons vu beaucoup de petites attentions à notre arrivée. Effectivement il y a le bruit de la route comme le disent les autres commentaires mais il y a aussi et surtout le bruit et la vue sur mer imprenable A 2 pas du centre d’Aci Trezza et emplacement idéal pour visiter Catane et ses environs (en voiture : Syracuse et Etna 1 h, Taormine 40 mn, Catane 30mn) Je vous recommande ce logement !

Marco & Ambra’s apartment was TOP TIER!! The location was amazing with a balcony overlooking the main street. The place was squeaky clean, with all amenities including 100% Italian made coffee. Ambra was always available to help and also provided great recommendations on where and what to eat. Their place truly made our stay in Catania more memorable, I would HIGHLY recommend!!

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

We had a wonderful stay at Gianluca’s apartment. We were right around the corner from Corso Umberto. It was very quiet inside the apartment at night and even though it was a lively street we slept very well. Gianluca was extremely helpful from getting us a booking at his very busy and amazing restaurant downstairs to arranging tickets to the film festival - he really went above and beyond. The apartment was very clean and we had plenty of space for two adults and our child. The balcony is large with views to die for and having the bus station and cable car very close was an added bonus. If we ever are lucky enough to return to Taormina, we would deciiitely stay again.

Love this place. Superb balcony with great views and lots of space. Comfortable inside. Seconds to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the Funicular up to central Taormina. Host was great and even let us check out late.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Daniele hat uns sehr netten begrüßt und uns mit Empfehlungen und Tipps für die Gegend beraten. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und top ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind die Highlights der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und über einen 5min Weg über die Felsen ist man an einem kleinen ruhigen Strand. Große Empfehlung!

Alfio ist zurecht ein Superhost. Hat ubs Wasserflaschen in den Kühlschrank gelegt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was du brauchst (inkl. Olivenöl, Servuetten etc. z.B.). Die Wohnubg ist erste Klasse für 2 Päarchen, da es sowohl zwei separate Stiegenaufgänge, zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer gibt. Sie ist auffallend lieb maritim eingerichtet. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse ein Traum. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles. 😃

My group of 6 had a wonderful stay! Antonino was a wonderful host, setting us up with early check in as we arrived from the airport, and was responsive to any questions we had about the house. The location is incredible (the photos don't do it justice-waking up to the volcano and/or the ocean waves, balconies off of every bedroom, steps from the sea, really gorgeous!) The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, cooking in, etc, and the neighborhood has great local spots for drinks, dinner, and small grocery shops. Two of the bedrooms have detachable twin sets that you can use together or separate, but I'd recommend reaching out in advance based on your group if you need them separated. We traveled to/from the train in Riposto for day trips which is very walkable along the coastline. If you're looking for a less touristy, more authentic neighborhood to stay in, this is definitely the spot.

Nous avons passé notre voyage de noces en Sicile, dont presque 2 semaines dans la belle maison d'Antonino. Région paisible, très belle vue depuis la terrasse, logement très confortable et une piscine incroyable ! Nous avons adoré passer du temps et nous détendre au bord de la piscine, mais aussi à visiter les villes de Savoca, Forza d'Agro, Catane ou Syracuse, accessibles après un peu de route en voiture. Antonino est un hôte très réactif, et attentionné, il nous a même offert un gâteau et une bouteille de prosecco le premier soir, encore merci pour cette très belle attention ! Il passait chaque matin nettoyer la piscine, et passait nettoyer la maison tous les 3jours. Pas de machine à laver présente dans le logement comme indiqué sur l'annonce, mais Antonino s'est occupé de laver nos vêtements à notre demande. Nous avons passé un excellent voyage de noces !

La casa è deliziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Si trova a pochi minuti da Via Etnea e pertanto molto comoda per visitare Catania. Per coloro che arrivano in macchina vi è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente in strada in prossimità dell'abitazione. Antonio è un host cordiale e sempre disponibile. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Auf unserer 3 wöchigen Sizilienrundreise waren wir 5 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Renato. Aci Castello ist ein wunderschöner kleiner Vorort von Catania. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und hat eine tolle Dachterrasse. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und bei der Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und alles was man benötigt ist fussläufig erreichbar (Weinbar, Restaurants und Supermarkt) Renato ist ein herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber!!! Wir können die Unterkunft 100% weiter empfehlen⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a really lovely stay! The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace – perfect for breakfast or a relaxing evening drink. With the private access to the sea and the peaceful outdoor space, the place truly felt like an oasis. One downside was the noisy street, especially during weekend nights – something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to sound. We also really appreciated the free parking on the street – we were always able to find a spot nearby without any trouble. Salvatore was a great host: very friendly and helpful. His local tips were excellent – especially the restaurant recommendations, which were spot on! He also has a dog who is very friendly, though it did bark occasionally. All in all, a great place to stay that we would definitely recommend.

Som alle andre besøgende har skrevet er udsigten perfekt, Maria er meget informerende og havde indkøbt forskellige madvarer. Eneste ting som jeg ikke synes at andre gæster nævner er at bygningen som lejligheden ligger i trænger til en stor istandsættelse.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Terasse ist ein Traum und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Man hat alles was man braucht.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Annalissa a great host, very proactive and responsive. The complex where the flat is located has ample parking space, which is good as you will need a car to navigate the area. We had a great stay.

if I could give Guilio's listing 20 out of 10 I would. if I was hosting I would want to be as perfect as Guilio was. Nothing was too much trouble, went the extra mile and then more. Place was perfect and more. Everyone around was so helpful and friendly. Loved the fact we tried to speak Italian and were happy to help. I would definitely recommend to stay smd will be back. Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic find. Riccardo's place was central to everything, beautifully maintained Ed and decorated and very inviting. I would highly recommend this place for a Catania visit. Riccardo was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed
