The bedroom with a double bed is separate with a closet and access to the shower room/WC with washing machine. 10 min from the Civaux Power Station 5 minutes from Lussac-les-Châteaux and its shops and train station 15 min to Defiplanet 20 min from Montmorillon and the Cité de l'Écrit 30 min from Poitiers center Tip: if there are more than 3 guests, divide your showers between morning and evening.

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.
