A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

In the back of the studio you can relax in the private patio to enjoy your breakfast and evening drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, hot plates, oven as well as washing machine and with many other electrical appliances. The place is air conditioned.

This is a wonderful traditional house in the center of Aegina, built in the 19th century and completely renovated in 2024, preserving and highlighting its architectural elements. It is located opposite the Metropolitan church, within the historical center of Aegina, in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood. It is only a 5' walk from the port and next to the local market. The place is ideal for families as well as for couples and mini groups.
