A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

The studio is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a sofa bed that turns into two single beds, a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, A/C, a flat smart TV, a bathroom with shower and a second dining area in the veranda with stunning views of the sea and the garden. You will never want to get out of the relaxing hanging chair! A baby travel cot is available upon request.

Μπορεί κάποιος να πάει εύκολα με τα πόδια στον πολυσύχναστο παραλιακό δρόμο με τα μαγαζιά αλλά κ στο λιμάνι. Επιπλέον, το οίκημα βρίσκεται κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ κ κοντά στη θάλασσα. Τα δυο υπνοδωμάτια και δυο μπάνια προσφέρουν άνεση, η κουζίνα είναι λειτουργική και το σαλόνι φτιαγμένο για χαλάρωση βλέποντας το όμορφο ηλιοβασίλεμα.
