The Villa is located on the beautiful island of Aegina, close to the picturesque harbor of Souvala. It is just 50m from the sea and 10 minutes on foot from an organized beach . The house is suitable for a couple , family. It has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds converted into 1 large double bed, 1 bathroom, living room with 2 armchairs converted into 2 beds, kitchen, swimming pool, hot tub, fireplace, heating, air conditioning, parking and garden. Ideal for rest and beautiful moments of relaxation.

Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

Studio Rhodi is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden and completely renovated by Zoumboulakisarchitects, it is decorated with works of the painter and various design objects by the Zoumboulakis Galleries of Athens. It has its private entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults & 2 children). It has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a large private roof terrace with sea view. It can be connected with the studio Elia.

As soon as you get out of the boat at the port of Aegina, 50 meters next to the large square you will find Tortuga studios Aegina port. It is an old two-story mansion of the island completely renovated, of traditional architecture, with an inner courtyard, which we converted into four studios. Two in the yard and two upstairs. All rooms have the necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable and pleasant, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, TV, air-conditioning, Internet.

This is a wonderful traditional house in the center of Aegina, built in the 19th century and completely renovated in 2024, preserving and highlighting its architectural elements. It is located opposite the Metropolitan church, within the historical center of Aegina, in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood. It is only a 5' walk from the port and next to the local market. The place is ideal for families as well as for couples and mini groups.

Amazing Garden-Cottage in Aegina

The cottage IS 1.3 Km away from the town port and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is one of three houses of the estate. I made my house to be my sanctuary. I took personal care of every single detail, in order to relax any time I come from Athens where I live. The beaches begin after 1.5 km away. There is a mini market at 50 m distance. The cottage is quiet and relaxing.
