Beachfront holiday rental in Aegina

We have had a wonderful time at this big house with a wonderful veranda & shared swimming pool. The sea is literally in front of it so you can choose where you want to go for a swim. The house is very well equipped. I particularly appreciated the communication with Alexia; she really took well care of us.

This place is beautiful. It has a beautiful view of the waters. The location is close to a grocery store, gas station and restaurants. It’s very private. It has lots of Space and most of the rooms have balconies to enjoy your views and coffee in the morning. The host and hostess are very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to have a peaceful stay. I recommend this place to large families or groups of people who are looking for a relaxing stay with beautiful views.

Zoe was an amazing host, she arranged taxi’s and supplied us with lots of information about the island and surrounding ones to visit. She was always there to help with anything you required. The little house has the most wonderful setting with endless views out to sea and beyond. Steps down to sea for a swim. The sunsets were beautiful from the balcony. Perdika is a lovely village with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. I cannot thank you enough Zoe for such a memorable stay in Aegina.

It’s has amazing view, great sea breeze, across of a church, makes a great getaway. One thing is to be careful of which the host has already put is the mosquito repellents, it’s very effective at night , but outside of the house you might get 1 or 2bites. Also the host has been very accommodating, especially there was a strike for the boats ahead and was clashing with our schedule, and the host was able to play around the schedule to accommodate us. Thank you very much again !

This stay in Aegina was one of our best travel lodging experiences ever. Anna Maria was incredibly welcoming, helpful and generous, and made us feel at home. The house is spotless, well furnished and full of beautiful and interesting pieces of art made by the host family. It felt luxurious and we looked forward to coming back to relax each night with a view of the Saronic gulf on the patio. The home is a very unique and highly recommended option for a vacation on Aegina. We hope to return some day.

A wonderful place to spend a few days relaxing by the sea. Cozy, had everything we needed. Karina is an excellent host!

Great Place

Very nice and clean rooms, We had a party , she provided us extra pots and dishes and allowed us to use the yard with out extra charges , arranged for our transportations, When we were leaving the facility and checking out, there was no taxi available at that time , she took us by her Owen car and did not accept any fee for that The rooftop area at a moonlight night was amazing for me and my wife. Really enjoyed our stay

The hotel is clean and the employees are very friendly, however very few speak english. The hotel feels a bit outdated, but so is the rest of the town and everything was working fine. The pool is nice and the view is amazing. The owner did not respond to us on the airbnb app, but the staff of the hotel was very helpfull. We enjoyed our stay at the island and the hotel!

We had the most amazing holiday. Balcony with view to the sea, beautiful sunsets, dolphins, choice between swimming in the sea(no beach) and swimming in the pool with sea water, beautiful decorated room, very good oven and kitchen essentials. 2 supermarkets and 2 bakeries 5 minutes walking distance with really good quality products: olives, feta cheese, goat’s milk yogurt, bougaza, nice fruits and vegetables. The village and restaurants are in 10 minutes walking distance( O Miltos has amazing food, especially the grilled fagri fish). We wanted a restful holiday, to enjoy the sea, the sun and the good food and Ilioperato was the perfect place for us. Our host, Kiria Rena, was so kind and helpful, made us feel so welcomed. The place’s beauty is only matched by the friendliness of the host. Such a lovely and helpful person and extremely responsive and always greeting us with a smile and helpful recommendations on activities and places to see. The place itself is simply beautiful, was even more spacious than the pictures with all the amenities you could need and super clean and modern . We also enjoyed Aegina’s stunning sunsets in the lovely rooftop terrace as well. Hands down the best place to stay in the island. Will be back for sure.

We came with our car. Easlily found host on Gas Station.. Everything was perfect, clean and wonderfull seeview. just below there was a Kayak Cafe, which serves breakfast and meals. The Perdika area is full of variety of restaurants and cafes. We can swim in front of house or on a beach which is 300 meters left. Sea was beatiful. Jimmy is a very kind person always helpful. No problem at all... Next year we definately come again..

A home with a nice view and everything you need. Lots of privacy and silence.

We really enjoyed our stay in Margarita 's home. The house is lovely with a large garden and beautiful views of the sea and Athens in the distance. Inside was pleasantly cool even without air conditioning. It's well equipped and had everything we needed for our 4 days stay. We were nicely surprised by the shadow over the parking lot. The organised beach nearby is wonderful with great sunbeds and umbrellas as well as a variety of drinks and food to order. The location is ideal if you come by car and you want to visit local landmarks such as the temple of Aphea Athena and Saint Nectarios's monastery . Margarita is a very helpful host with a lot of useful recommendations and always quick to respond . We are looking forward to visiting this quiet and peaceful gem in Egina Island again .

We had a wonderful week in April 2025 at the apartment. The view is breathtaking and it’s worth the whole trip to just wake up every morning with that view. We enjoyed staying on the terrace in the evening, eating and playing games. The sun is on the terrace in the morning until noon which was fine. I bet in the summer, this is much appreciated as the apartment gets less warm, than with the afternoon/evening sun. There are not many cabinets to place your things in, so don’t expect to unpack your suitcase 😊 Other than that, we just had a wonderful time. Both before the trip and during, the communication was easy and quick. Both the owners and Spyridon are really nice people. Actually, in general, we only met really very nice people on the whole island. We hope to come back one day. Best regards Michael and Julie (+teenage kids)

Great location in the port, ideal base for exploring the island or enjoying the town. Hot tub a nice touch.
