Die Wohnung Brennerei ist eine von drei Ferienwohnungen auf dem Ferienhof Obertor. Die 66m²-Wohnung ist freundlich, hell und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet: WLAN, TV-Flachbildschirm, komplett ausgestattete Küche, begehbare Dusche , separates WC. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung sind inklusive. Die Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei und somit auch für Gäste mit körperlichen Einschränkungen bestens geeignet. Auch für unsere kleinen Gäste gibt es viel Raum zum Spielen und Entdecken.

Welcome to our newly designed accommodation in the beautiful Remstal! THE perfect base for exploring Stuttgart, but also our wine region. The S-Bahn (suburban train) can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, and the journey time to the main train station is less than 30 minutes. You live in a separate area on the ground floor of our house with its own access and small terrace far from any road traffic. We live on the upper floor with our 2 kids (2 and 6 years).

You move into a bright apartment on the ground floor, which has just been completely renovated. The bedroom and living room has a smart TV with Netflix. Shops such as bakery and fresh produce market can be reached by foot in 5 minutes. By car, you can reach Stuttgart in about 20 minutes. Ludwigsburg is 15 minutes away. After Marbach am Neckar 5 minutes. The A81 Pleidelsheim motorway junction is about 20 minutes away.

Modern apartment on the edge of the field

Close to the city and yet relaxation? Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space overlooking the countryside. The local outdoor swimming pool is 500 m walk. Or to the city? The bus leaves right outside the door in a few minutes to Winnenden and those who want can continue to Stuttgart by S-Bahn. The bedroom has a large double bed (2 m x 2 m). Another sleeping option is the sofa bed in the living room.

Duplex apartment in the oldest house in Marbach

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.

Quiet, bright 3-room apartment

The apartment is located in a quiet location in a two-family house with large garden (barbecue facilities). When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy the large balcony or take a walk in the nearby forest. The cities of Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart are easy to reach, both by car and by public transport. Beautiful excursion destinations are also the old town of Waiblingen, Marbach and Esslingen.

Stylish cozy accommodation in Poppenweiler. Ludwigsburg can be reached in 15 minutes and Stuttgart in 25 minutes. The apartment has a modern kitchen as well as free fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix for cozy evenings. The comfortable king-size box-spring bed ensures pleasant nights. For an idyllic excursion on foot or by bike, the Zugwiesen or Zipfelbachtal are 10 minutes away.

Apartment, located close to the Rems-Murr-Klinikum, bedroom, equipped with box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00), desk, closet, TV, bathroom, fitted kitchen and terrace use. If necessary, a guest bed and/or an inflatable, high air bed can be set up in addition. The key is handed over by telephone arrangement. From now on, there may be construction noise during the day.

The lovely 1-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of our house in the district of Rielingshausen. It can accommodate 2 people, and the bed is 1.40m wide. Single individuals are also warmly welcomed. Naturally, complimentary WiFi/LAN, hand & bath towels, a kitchen, and a beautiful terrace are at your disposal for your own use.
