Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

Ideal for families. It is located on the main street of Agiasos, close to a grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, police station. Just 1 minute from Panagia Agiasos and the village's central market. It has a fan as the area is famous for its coolness. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the living room with the TV, the kitchen (has a cooking oven) and the bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. There is an extra single bed in the lobby.
