Townhouse with garden and private parking on La Rochefoucauld. Renovated basement house on the upper part, access is by a few steps. The accommodation is easy to access, close to shops, restaurants within a 5-minute drive. The accommodation consists of a large living-dining kitchen area, a bathroom with a separate toilet and two bedrooms with a 140x190 bed. Bedding PROVIDED, bath towels NOT PROVIDED. Keys given by me between 5pm and 7pm

You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you
