Lovely stay here for 5 days. The place was spotless and a comfy bed, private garden with loungers and outside seating and right next to the communal pool. Loads to do nearby especially if you rent a car. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is very beautiful, everything clean, amazing terrace and all the nice decorations make feel us like home. The kitchen is great equipped, many restaurants very close to the flat and also to the beach. The owner communicates very well, quickly replied all the time and is very supportive. We would like to come back, we like our stay a lot ❤️ Thank you for everything 🍀

Entrada flexible, apartamento acogedor y con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Terraza muy agradable y al lado de la playa. Fuimos dos días y nos sentimos muy cómodos.

We had a minor issue when we arrived but this was very quickly sorted. The apartment was very comfortable and the outside space was perfect for us.

Stayed for 9 nights at this beautiful apartment. We've stayed in the immediate area six times previously because we have friends here and love Puerto de Mazarron and the local areas and this is by far the best spartment we've stayed in here. The place was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh on arrival. The sun terrace is an added bonus and the pool area is lovely with a nice beach about 200 metres away. Car park space below the apartment block is also a bonus although we tended to park our car up on the road a bit which was safe and quiet. Overall, we would come back.and stay again here as a firet choice. Maria and Amaury were great hosts and very quick to respond when we had some questions on day one. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful holiday.

I highly recommend this place. We absolutely loved our stay here it’s exactly as pictured beautiful and clean. We will definitely return.

En primer lugar, Rocio la anfitriona, es una persona encantadora y muy pendiente de que sus huéspedes se encuentren agusto. Ha sido un placer conocerla y la atención que nos ha prestado en todo momento. Y en segundo lugar, su casa es una maravilla, venimos encantados de haber disfrutado estos días allí. Casa muy completa, camas comodisimas, sabanas y toallas de calidad y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Sus dos terrazas son un gusto, así como la paz y tranquilidad que se respira en las instalaciones. Todo muy limpio, y lo mejor las vistas al mar y ver amanecer, sin palabras!! Sin duda alguna la estancia en casa de Rocio como el trato con ella han sido inmejorables, muchas gracias y nos vemos pronto!!!

J'ai séjourné 5 semaines en mai dans l'appartement de Salvador et ça correspondant en tous points à ce que je recherchais pour profiter du cadre et travailler en même temps. Un vrai petit coin de paradis pour venir profiter en vacances ou en week-end, et idéal aussi pour les digital nomades. L'appartement est plus grand qu'il en a l'air sur les photos, piscine magnifique dans la résidence, plages et bars/restaurants à pied en 5 mins, parking sécurisé en sous-sol, ascenseur, calme en cette période. Allez-y les yeux fermés! J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir, un vrai coup de cœur pour le lieu et la région.

Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

Carmen es una anfitriona encantadora, siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. El día de la entrada nos retrasamos bastante, no obstante estuvo pendiente de nosotros hasta las 2 de la madrugada para abrir la puerta del garaje. Una experiencia muy agradable! Excelente!

El apartamento cumplía con todas nuestras necesidades y con las aportadas por el anuncio. Araceli fue encantadora, amable y atenta incluso tuvo el detalle de guardarnos un sitio en la misma calle para poder aparcar. Recomendado 100%.

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

lovely apartment. Had a little problem finding it but this was a google maps issue and not the hosts. Very clean and large smart TV not a tiny one you sometimes get at other places. Towels were of excellant quality. Overall a great place, accurately described, Thank you.

hola, he está en el apartamento de Fiona y la verdad es mejor de lo.que se ve en la foto, todo muy limpió, muy tranquilo solo se respira paz, la naturaleza impresionante, Fiona super amable, muy pendiente volveremos. para llegar al apartamento después que pasa el control de seguridad es muy fácil, Google lo tiene muy mal.inficado te envía a la calle pez espada 46, pero es súper fácil es pasar el control de seguridad y girar como quien vas otra vez para el control de seguridad y la tercera a la derecha, luego a la izquierda y luego llega a la calle mero a la derecha muy fácil, se le dejo por si le sirve de ayuda, está súper cerca del supermercado spar,de los restaurantes, de la playa alcázares por está zona a encontrará Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, Consum, Dia y grandes tiendas y está sólo a 12 minutos aunque el gsp ponga 19 O 25 minutos... mil gracias super anfitriona Fiona volveremos eres un amor 😍😍😍😍

A Maria é muito profissional, agradável e simpatica. Demonstrou preocupação com o nosso bem estar até ao fim da estadia. O apartamento estava impecavelmente limpo e de acordo com o que está publicitado. Recomendo este apartamento, tencionamos voltar.

Fabulous! Thank you very much Jose (super-host, lovely, helpful person)! We spent 3 months at Jose’s property and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The downside … leaving (so sad to leave)! The property has everything you need and is kitted out well (washer, iron, hairdryer, vacuum, you name it). It’s a quiet area about a 1.5 miles out of town, so if you want peace and quiet … this property is perfect. Beautiful views from the patio (oh, the sunsets! 🌴😍 ) and a rooftop terrace; great to unwind and get some warm sunshine and blue skies. Lovely sun-bed chairs and more lounge style chairs in some shade - perfect. I’m a runner, so I had a wonderful time running into Aguilas and Calabardina. The bedrooms are comfortable, nice and dark (with external blinds); you’ll get a quiet sleep. The kitchen kept us well for 3 months … and we spent many nights cooking and eating in. The garage fits a small car but there is plenty of outside parking for big cars too. Highly recommended, excellent value!

De los mejores sitios para quedarse en Vera. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos o incluso mejor y la urbanización super tranquila y sin apenas ruidos, además de estar prácticamente al lado de Vera Playa. Con Rosa y su marido la comunicación inmejorable, para cualquier cosa te responden muy rápidamente e incluso nos facilitaron un pdf con información de interés de la casa, sitios de la zona, números de taxi y demás. Repetiría sin duda.

Fue muy flexible con la hora de salida y entrada y eso se agradece mucho. Muy atenta y servicial. Ha sido muy amable y nos ha recomendado sitios para visitar y restaurantes a los que ir. La zona es muy tranquila y familiar. No hay ningún ruido por las noches y en verano hay puestecitos nocturnos que visitar muy bonitos y muy agradable. Hay un parque acuático cerca. La limpieza de la casa era impecable. Tiene utensilios básicos y nos dejaron tanto champú, gel, papel higiénico y un largo etc; incluso agua embotellada fría 🤩. La cama es muy cómoda y te hacen sentir como en casa en todo momento. Estamos muy agradecidos y sin duda intentaremos volver! Muchas gracias por todo.

A really lovely apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, superb views and large terrace. Easy, secure underground parking. Pedro who looks after check in/out was outstanding, responsive to any questions we had. He walked us through the apartment on check in and made it obvious that he was available for any problems at any reasonable time. We have had a perfect holiday ! Thank you, Brezo 😊
