The house is very comfortable, with everything you need and well tidy. The terrace is wonderful and the whole house is cozy and comfortable. Exceptional architectural work playing with the glass that provides a very well studied luminosity, on the top floor you have an exceptional view from any angle. Nijar is a beautiful village, I recommend the climb to the Atalaya passing through the old town, you are also half an hour from the best beaches of Cabo de Gata. Peter is very attentive and punctual, he showed us all the details of the house and we had a very nice chat with him. I certainly recommend her place.

We came back to this amazing rural house and once again had a perfect stay. Everything is spotless, smells great, and every detail is so well thought out — from the pool, barbecue, massage chair, billiards, darts, and board games to a fully equipped kitchen and tons of TV channels. You don't need to leave the house for anything — it's the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Martyn and his wife are truly exceptional hosts: kind, thoughtful, and incredibly meticulous. You can tell they put their heart into everything. We’ll definitely be back again — it already feels like our little peaceful getaway. Highly, highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

The house is beautiful, everything is very clean and very well maintained. His parents were at our disposal at all times, respecting our privacy and at the same time, making sure that we did not lack anything. A spectacular house, with wonderful people. They took care of details such as: coffee machine with capsules, bottles of water, bed and feeder for our pet.... We will definitely repeat. Thank you 😊

Very nice and quiet place, super clean, in untouched nature. Perfect starting point for hiking, mountain biking and relaxing. Miguel and his wife welcomed us very warmly and were always available for us. The restaurant is beautifully traditional with very tasty food. We will be happy to come back!

Casa Corina is in a quiet and beautiful area with gardens, and you can walk to the beach. The house has plenty of kitchenware, and a variety of cleaning and cooking products. There is a relatively large supermarket in the village, where you can buy what you need. The host is friendly, he left us welcome drinks and the language is not a problem. The only downside is that if you go in early June there are quite a few mosquitoes, until they fumigate, although the house has mosquito nets. It is recommended to consult with the owner in advance on these dates. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Amaya's house is a 10, beautiful, wonderful and beautiful location, close to a restaurant area and a small supermarket, private parking, urbanization with heated pool, the terrace is a pass and the kitchen is very well equipped. To put a couple of things to improve: the windows do not have blinds, so as soon as the light comes in (although you close the window shutters) and, on a personal level, the double bed did not seem comfortable, not the pillows that were super comfortable.

The location is very good, playa nearby, down the main street. Restaurants, and prepared food sites, supermarkets, cerquita. It has everything, pans, cutlery, glasses, washing machine, microwave,very, very complete. Cleanliness, extraordinary. The shower is very strong, we were four people and everything was great. The communion with Maria, very good, always attentive. Difficult access to the apartment with the car, we park on another street and arrived on foot. the street that sticks to the floor, it's noisy, with the bikes, vehicles and people passing by and all being a bass and not having shutters, you hear everything. We've been to May and there wasn't a lot of movement and we got along well, but in summer time, I understand it will be worse. Otherwise, very happy with the choice, we recommend it.

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Mojacar is stunning!! Lovely flat and true to description and photos. Was actually a lot larger than it looked. Everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Pool area was spotless and having the beach directly over the road gave you options. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk and lots of gorgeous restaurants in easy walking distance - 5-10 minutes and lots more a little bit further along the beach. Veranda space was ideal for a glass of wine after a hard day of sunbathing! Rachel was very helpful and can’t thank her enough for letting us stay - we will definitely be back if she’ll have us. 5 star property 👍🏻

Sabina is a splendid host, she dissipated all our questions, recommended places to visit inside and outside of Aguilas, walks, Restaurants etc. Our communication was smooth and good from the first moment. The apartment is comfortable, clean , tidy, a place to feel comfortable and at home, without a doubt recommended and to return ! Thank you Sabina, our stay was great in your apartment !

An apartment just like the photos and very well located between the two beaches. It is in a very quiet area and there is no noise to sleep. It's equipped with everything you need. It had restaurants nearby and coincided with a fair to go with the children. Andres&Sonia are very attentive, friendly and quick to respond.

I would highlight everything and above all the comfort, the views, the appetizers in the kitchen, to return.

Excellent accommodation close to the most beautiful beaches in the area. I warmly thank Guy for his kindness and availability. I'll be back.

Victor Manuel's apartment is as described in the photos. What unfortunately cannot be described is how incredibly comfortable it is to be there on those terraces, overlooking the sea, listening to the birds singing in the background, giving an immense peace. The beach is a five-minute walk away, the restaurants of the development are in that environment, the pool is a step away... We really enjoyed these days in Victor Manuel's apartment, it was just what we needed. Super bright, spacious, clean and with details that make a difference.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Denise and Barry are definitely superhosts! They prepared a welcome basket for us and the apartment was ideal, everything clean and tidy, a beautiful balcony that illuminates the living room, both the sofa and the bed were very comfortable. The parking is also very comfortable and at the door of the building with roof. What I had never seen in other Airbnbs is the amount of details that DyB brought to their apartment. In the kitchen there is everything: oil, salt, coffee, sugar... even dishwasher tablets and a washing machine, all kinds of products and utensils. Even in the bathroom there was a basket with micellar water, aloe vera, deodorant, makeup remover pads... The most amazing thing was to see that they also gave us chairs for the beach, a refrigerator, a table, towels, umbrellas... They really prove to be superhosts! Our stay was wonderful and we are looking forward to repeating it here! 🥰✨️

Loved our stay at Rodrigo's apartment. It was cosy and suited our needs with a nice little kitchen equipped with essential utensils, large fridge freezer, full oven and 4 ring electric hob and a washing machine. Our host was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The complex is a great stay for naturists, and is optional at and around the property but mandatory at the pool. Extremely well landscaped gardens as well as a great outdoor and heated indoor swimming pool. No poolside bar but the surroundings made it a wonderfully relaxing retreat with plenty of sun loungers. The location was convenient, just a short walk from a long sandy beach (parts of which cater for naturism), large supermarket, pharmacy, and several quiet bars and restaurants (great Indian a 5 min walk). No direct bus transfers or train from Almeria airport but we found Executive Airport Shuttles. Overall our stay was fantastic, highly recommend!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean, with everything you need and more, and in a super quiet area. The residential development is wonderful. We will definitely be back.
