For bathers, water sports enthusiasts, hikers, culture seekers, cyclists...

Classic houseboat

With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

It then runs for 2 hours and then switches off automatically. A highlight - large mobile outdoor kitchen. Outdoor cooking fun guaranteed! A beautiful, modern and rustic, low-energy half-timbered house with thatched roof, Moroccan tiles, oak floorboards and clay plaster walls awaits you. For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Cottage with soul and coziness 5 rooms, 1 annex

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. The house offers plenty of soul and warmth. You can get to Larsen's place and the city center in 10 minutes on foot. To the water 5 min. Marielyst has one of Denmark's best beaches. For supermarkets, we have both Netto and Rema, or you can drive to Nykøbing in 15 minutes if you need a big Føtex and a lot of shopping. In 2024, the house got a new wooden terrace of 120 sqm and a buried trampoline.

ReetTraum - Wellness Suite with Terrace

Our modern apartments in the "ReetTraum," which were completely renovated in 2021, are located in a very central location in the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow. The apartment extends with a generous space of about 67 m² and can accommodate up to three people. It is located next to the 2 cozy bedrooms of the living area including "electric" fireplace and a kitchenette, the steam shower completes this in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Quietly located and yet in the middle of it all: House "Liwian" offers everything for a relaxing holiday stay. In just a few minutes you can walk to the white Baltic beaches with their dramatic sunsets, art galleries and museums, wellness oases, bicycle rental and lots of "culinary delights" - from the fish bun stand to the fine restaurant. Or just stay at home, enjoy mild summer evenings on the terrace or warm up by the crackling fireplace.

Elegant living in "Lieblingshof 3"

Since summer 2023, in addition to our popular houses Schafstall, Kuhstall, Jagdhaus and Pferdestall (bookable via Airbnb), we have been offering the Lieblingshof. Our newly built, 90 sqm and lovingly furnished houses feature 4 bedrooms for up to 6 people, two shower rooms and a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and fireplace. The spacious communal garden is fully fenced - ideal for guests with children and dogs.

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. On the 700 m² property there is enough space to do sports (Kubb, boccia, badminton, ...). The house is in between two beach entrances, with the nearest only 200 m away. A beautiful playground is located very close to our house. Falling asleep and waking up with ocean sounds.
