Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Right in the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Reisnock - Hochgruberhof", built from natural materials, is located on the farm.

Stoana Apt 3-6

Overlooking the Alps, the holiday apartment "Stoana 3-6" in Valle Aurina impresses guests with its panoramic views. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher, and a TV. A high chair is available, and a baby cot can be provided for a fee. Moreover, there is a wellness area on the premises with a shared sauna and hay beds.

We don't have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

In the snowy months, the nearby ski resorts invite you to exciting descents and snow fun. Our house is situated in an extremely quiet location on the outskirts of St. Johann, far from through traffic.

Vacation home in the mountains

Large cozy traditional apartment on the first floor in the mountains. 1 min walk to the bus (ski bus in winter) and by bus you can reach 2 ski resorts within 5-10 min (Kronplatz 30 min). Families or groups of friends are always welcome, we have a beautiful garden and a beautiful view of the mountains. Sights easily accessible by bus (Burgtaufers, Nativity Museum, Mining Museum, Climate Tunnel, Mineral Museum...) and there are also many hiking trails that we recommend

Apartment Pürstal - Gruberhof

In the village of St. Jakob - Ahrntal, this rustic holiday home is part of a health farm which combines traditional and modern elements and is located 1200 m above sea level. The apartment has a living room with a single bed and a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (each with a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed for 2 persons), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 persons.
