Charming two-room apartment on the 2nd floor in the mountains. Just a 1-minute walk to the bus stop, from which you can reach the Speikboden and Klausberg ski resorts in 5-10 minutes and the Kronplatz in 30 minutes. The apartment has a balcony with a magnificent mountain view, 4 beds, and a sofa bed. Attractions such as Taufers Castle, the Nativity Scene Museum, and the Climate Tunnel are easily accessible by bus. Numerous hiking trails in the area invite you to explore – we will be happy to give you tips!

The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace.
