Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Only 300 meters to the swimming area in Edenryd, you will find a newly-built spacious accommodation. An apartment of 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Hike along the coastal hiking trail and enjoy the sea. Why not bring a fishing rod for fishing, or binoculars to be able to see, among other things, sea eagles and migratory birds on their journey. Välkommen till vårt hemtrevliga annex på cirka 50 m² – ett charmigt och privat boende med egen uteplats. Annexet ligger intill vår familjs hus men är helt avskilt med egen ingång. Läget är bra – här har du närhet till det mesta: Ca 15 minuters promenad till stranden. 10 minuter till hamnen med flera restauranger. 5 minuter till större livsmedelsbutik. För barnfamiljer (eller lekfulla vuxna!) erbjuder vi även tillgång till fotbollsmål, studsmatta, pingisbord och basketkorg. Välkommen!

Here you have the opportunity to stay in a converted old school, the apartment is 95 sqm in size. 2 bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed, another bedroom with a 90 cm and 120 cm bed. There is a nice private covered terrace to use, exit from the TV room, we also have an orangery where you can barbecue or just enjoy a drink. Perfect for day trips when you want to have a permanent place. Close to the sea, 1500 meters, and also close to both Yngsjö and Åhus with many restaurants.

Guests are welcome to enjoy most of the garden, with access to outdoor furniture and barbecue, among other things, and there is plenty of room for children to play both outside and inside.

The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. In one room, there is a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.
