Bedding is available to borrow for a fee. Nice patio in secluded location (southern) on the terrace with possibility to enjoy several hours of sun in the day and start up the grill for the evening. Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. With nature as a neighbor and the lake outside the door, just relax. Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cabin is located all by itself on a headland. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed. Electricity is available and all amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, stove and contemporary decor. No running water, but water is available in a can. Drain is in the kitchen. There is a chemical toilet but no shower.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

By the sea in Brantevik

At the beach in Brantevik is a small guest house overlooking the sea and where only a short walk separates the house from the water. Architect Bengt Lindroos. There are four single beds, two in the loft and two in a sofa bed (but the house is small for 4 adults). There is also a small kitchenette, with two hotplates, microwave and refrigerator as well as a toilet, shower and washing machine. If you need additional beds, there is a nice shed next to the house that can be rented for an additional fee.

Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.
