An exclusive accommodation where you experience proximity to nature, people, sea, miles of fine sandy beaches, smaller towns and a plethora of different artists. Our guests take care of themselves. Before arrival, you can be sure that the house is extra carefully cleaned with regard to disinfection of table surfaces, kitchen counters, sinks, toilets, taps and handles, etc. We do this as an extra protection for our guests as we have Covid-19 in fresh memory.

The Castle - Täppet Åhus

Åhus has most of it to offer during summer, Beach football - Beach handball, world class sandy beaches and restaurants and bars so that's enough. The accommodation at the Castle is located about 1,5 km from Åhus Seaside and the beach in an extremely quiet area on Täppet. The house has generous areas with a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, patios, outdoor kitchen, conservatory, pool etc. There are 4 beds (width 120, 140 & 180 cm) but sleeping for up to 10 people with extra bed/mattress/sofa. The pool is of course heated to 28 degrees.

Architect-designed summer paradise near the sea. The accommodation consists of 2 houses where one houses one bedroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, shower/toilet. In the second house there are 3 bedrooms, shower and toilet plus a laundry room. Around the houses there is a wooden deck and a large garden overlooking the field and evening sun. Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pastures. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

The apartment of the main house has a spacious living room with fireplace, sofa bed and sleeping loft, a double bedroom, kitchen with fireplace and a bathroom. A second, smaller apartment, consisting of a large room, with living and sleeping area, as well as kitchenette and bathroom, can be rented for additional travelers or a second small family. Accommodation near the beach in Yngsjö

Welcome to cozy Yngsjö! Here you can enjoy the tranquility with direct proximity to forest and sea. From the accommodation it is 200 meters to a several kilometer long sandy beach with shallow water. From Yngsjö you have a good starting point to get to and around Österlen. If you want a larger selection of grocery stores, restaurants, bars and pastry shops, Åhus is about 7 kilometers away. There is a bike path all the way between Yngsjö and Åhus.

Stay centrally on Österlen just outside the village of Skåne-Tranås on a smaller farm overlooking the fields and pastures. The house is carefully renovated with a focus on charm and personality. The proximity to several wonderful beaches, golf clubs, nature reserves, food and coffee places as well as to Österlen's various sights make it easy to get around by car or bus. Welcome to our charming house with a little garden. The house is in a quiet residential area near the city center. It´s fully equipped and have a lovely living room to relax in. Suitable for both families/couples/singels. The busstop - 1 min walk, supermarket 4 min walk. Kristianstad college/university 2 min. There is a parking place to the house.

In the woods close to the sea

160 m2 beautiful renovated countryhouse with 3 big bedrooms, wooden floors and a fireplace. Old school finnish sauna. Big garden with bonfire place and lot of space to play and enjoy. The house is in the woods about 6 kilometers from the sandy beach and nice water in Olseröd, 5 kilometers to Degeberga and 7 kilometers to Maglehem.
