Five kilometers to the nearest grocery store. This place is the most beautiful in Skåne. From the south: Take road 19 going from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.

The cottage sleeps 3–4 guests and features comfortable 160 cm double bed and sofa bed for 1–2 guests, dining area, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. For groups of more than 8 people, we suggest the possibility of renting our other house "Holken" which is located on the adjacent plot to "Sigges". Then 13-15 people can spend time together.
