Guests have access to a rowboat, two kayaks and fishing from the jetty. Golf course, elk safari, waffle cottage and Skåneleden are located in the nearby area. Skånes Djurpark (animal park) is a 45-minute drive. There, Nordic animals such as wolves, bears, lynx and other Nordic species live in their natural environment. Welcome to a newly-built cottage in natural materials in Österlen. The cottage is located in pine forest about 200 meters from the sea and one of Sweden's most beautiful sandy beaches. The plot is located on a cul-de-sac, which means minimal car traffic by the house. One bedroom with 180 cm double bed and plenty of shelves for storage. Bathroom with shower and sink. Living room/kitchen with double doors out to the balcony. Sofa bed 130 cm. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Loft with three 90 cm mattresses. Car can be charged at your own expense.

The cottage is located by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. The accommodation is in very good condition and is located within a private residential plot. The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Various kitchen utensils and coffee makers. Next to it is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

Suitable for both couples or solo travelers. Here you live with the forest as your nearest neighbor and the lovely beach. The cottage is in a quiet area, where most of the houses are summer houses. Garden cottage Åhus

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located accommodation. It is a 10-minute walk to the square and the nice harbor with many restaurants. If you play golf, it takes 3 minutes to walk to the course. You can cycle to the beach in 10 minutes (2.8 km) but if you want to get to Åhus Beach it is a little further (3.2 km) If you want to get down to Österlen, it is 38 km to Kivik. Kristianstad, which is a slightly larger city, is 13 km away. The accommodation is located on our property with a private garden.

Maglehem by the sea and beech forests

Newly renovated small cottage (25 sqm). A separate bedroom with double bed. Two sleeping loft with room for 2 or 1 bed. Fantastic surrounding nature with beech forests and large fields. Rich birdlife. 3 km to the sea. Endless cycle paths without car traffic. Walking distance to Solgårdens restaurant. In Maglehem you don't hear any car traffic. Five kilometers to the nearest grocery store. This place is the most beautiful in Skåne. From the south: Take road 19 going from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.

Cozy vacation for two. Lovely 50s cottage with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a cape in Vittsjö's lake area so you have the peace and quiet, but are still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest close by and lovely hiking areas. Here you wake up overlooking beautiful lake! Enjoy the starry sky and the hooping of the owls in the evening. Take a relaxing trip in the boat or an exciting adventure on the SUP boards.
