Well-equipped cottage in a quiet location close to the sea and the city center. Six beds in the main house, fireplace, complete kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine and enclosed patio. Small cottage and playground. Fantastic beach 600 m away, pine forest with paths, bike paths, etc. In the center there are groceries, liquor stores, pharmacies and shops. Along the river in its vicinity you will find restaurants and cafés. During July-August, the cottage can only be rented weekly Saturday to Saturday. Otherwise, minimum 4 days. Sheets and towels can be rented.

The cottage is located by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. The accommodation is in very good condition and is located within a private residential plot. The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Various kitchen utensils and coffee makers. Next to it is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

Newly-built cottage (2020), 22+8 sqm (loft), in the best location, 200 m to the harbor, 1000 m to Äspet's wonderful sandy beach. New kitchen (2024): combi oven (oven/microwave), stove, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker. Fully tiled bathroom with shower. Towels can be rented: SEK 50/person & stay. Access to washing machine can be arranged. Separate bedroom: 160 cm wide quality bed and wardrobe. Sleeping loft: 140 cm quality bed, floor mattress 80*150 cm. Duvet and pillows are available. Bed linens can be rented: SEK 50/person & stay.

Here you get tranquility, fresh air, and proximity to nature and the sea, which is only 5 minutes away. Quiet and peaceful location Great opportunities for walks in nature. Suitable for both couples or solo travelers. Here you live with the forest as your nearest neighbor and the lovely beach. The cottage is in a quiet area, where most of the houses are summer houses. The cabin is equipped with air conditioning.

Garden cottage Åhus

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located accommodation. It is a 10-minute walk to the square and the nice harbor with many restaurants. If you play golf, it takes 3 minutes to walk to the course. You can cycle to the beach in 10 minutes (2.8 km) but if you want to get to Åhus Beach it is a little further (3.2 km) If you want to get down to Österlen, it is 38 km to Kivik. Kristianstad, which is a slightly larger city, is 13 km away. The accommodation is located on our property with a private garden.

A great place to stay overnight, in a quiet and nice environment. You have about 700 meters to Sandstrand. At the beach, you have a nice restaurant, ice cream bar and miniature golf. If you want to take a trip down to Österlen, it takes 30 minutes by car. Included: Bedding Toilet paper and paper towels Hand towel and shower towel Dishwashing liquid, dish brush and dish towel. You do a simpler final cleaning. Do the dishes, throw out the garbage, and remove the bed linens, along with towels, and put them in the washing machine

Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.

The calm by the lakes in the woods of Vittsjö

Cozy vacation for two. Lovely 50s cottage with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a cape in Vittsjö's lake area so you have the peace and quiet, but are still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest close by and lovely hiking areas. Here you wake up overlooking beautiful lake! Enjoy the starry sky and the hooping of the owls in the evening. Take a relaxing trip in the boat or an exciting adventure on the SUP boards.

Almost new holiday home by the sea

The big house with kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, tiled bathroom with washing machine. Glazed patio connects the large cabin with the guest house that contains 1 bunk bed and 1 1.4 m wide bed and fully tiled toilet with shower. 75 m footpath without car traffic to the beach. Charging pole for electric car is available and 4 simple bikes to borrow. Gas grill is available. Guests have their own bed linen and towels and clean upon departure.
