This particularly beautiful and quietly located apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the old castle and the Martinskirche. In the attic apartment there are 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The center of the apartment is a spacious living room with an open kitchen. In addition to a dishwasher, stove and microwave, you will find everything you need. Under the old walnut tree you can relax in peace even on hot summer days. A dining and barbecue area is available for use.

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In this 40 m² attic apartment with a converted gable and unobstructed views, you will immediately feel at home. It has everything you need for a longer stay or for temporary living. It has a bathroom with shower and a brand new fully equipped, open kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove and dishes.

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .

Our small hideaway is a renovated duplex architect's house from 1964 with an open gallery, freestanding bathtub, Swedish stove, large wooden terrace and wonderfully green garden. It is equipped with furniture made of natural materials, selected vintage pieces and ceramics. Our focus is on slow living and eco travel. The lake house is an owner-managed accommodation with a lot of love for detail.
