Very well located. 5 minutes walking to train station and lake. The apartment is nice too.

The apartment was perfect for our two-week stay. It looked exactly as it does in the photos - very modern, organized and comfortable. The apartment felt like home. It is located in downtown with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and transportation. Very quiet at night for sleeping despite being in a very active neighborhood. Elisabeth and Bruno thought of everything to ensure they their guests are comfortable and they responded quickly to any requests, excellent hosts. Would definitely recommend this listing and would love to stay here again on a future visit! Thanks Elisabeth and Bruno for everything!

Laurence is very responsive, the instructions are very clear and the accommodation is at the top, super warm, well decorated, and very clean, nothing to say everything was perfect!

The accommodation was cozy and great! We felt very comfortable and the hosts were very friendly. The communication went smoothly and whenever we needed something, Emilie or her brother were there to help. Clear recommendation!

A wow effect when you enter the apartment. Ignore the entrance hall! An electric charging station near the tourist office, 5 min walk. Children's playground with construction of a giant hut may be ready this summer

Overnight stay with our 4 daughters aged 8 to 17, during the leisurely bike ride around the lake! Excellent communication, Yann always responded quickly to my messages, he lives on site so he is responsive. Our bikes were safe at night. New one-year accommodation, under the roof of a carefully renovated barn, in an original way with 2 mezzanine-huts, a net, a video projector and a kitchen made with old buffets. Enjoyed the fan and the 3 velux because it was very hot!!! There is a lack of ventilation in the bathroom and a small emergency kit for cooking such as oil, salt, sugar... Very good bedding. Beds and sofa bed made on arrival. Numerous towels. Limited in dish towels (1 only) but we did not cook so we did not need more. Not very clean floor. Great stay at this place surrounded by vineyards and mountains! We were able to rest and enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and sauna every day! The accommodation is tastefully decorated and the amenities available are of very good quality! We strongly recommend!

Wow! What an incredible house!! The decor and design are simply stunning with a fantastic layout for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. We very much enjoyed using the pool and the hot tub and eating breakfast outside on the fabulous outdoor dining table. Clementine was lovely and very accommodating with our check in and out times. The surrounding area is beautiful and the lake is only a short stroll from the house. We must recommend the Terracotta restaurant there. The food was incredible and the service was superb. There are several supermarkets and amazing bakeries nearby for all of your supplies. We visited Annecey most days as our daughter was there for the annual animation festival. It was only approximately a 15 minute drive away and was absolutely beautiful with lots of great restaurants. We highly recommend Wood Loft and would love to stay there again.

Small and cozy house. The check-in/out and the possibility of parking the motorcycle is very convenient. Nice to wake up quietly in the middle of the mountains. Recommended!

Very good welcome, attentive, very nice view from the accommodation, biker hosts. The motorcycles were able to be sheltered.

Christian and Véronique have a sense of hospitality. Well renovated, functional and very clean accommodation. Christian is very friendly and Véronique, although absent these days, prepared our arrival (Savoyard cake, homemade jam, everyday products). Bikes, including a tandem, are available and useful for visiting the surroundings. Thanks both of you!

We spent a few days in Nat's house, with the family and we all loved it; the accommodation is very beautiful, very spacious, very well equipped, nothing was missing, everything was very clean and the view of the lake was simply beautiful, very exotic and relaxing, the walks in the surroundings pleasant and many, the shops within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, U tile...) Nat was always very responsive and good advice we go back with pleasure and highly recommend it

Very beautiful house on the heights of Annecy, quiet and with a fantastic view. At the crossroads of several valleys, perfect for discovering the region. Very friendly contact with Thierry always available for questions.

We had a great time in this charming apartment with amazing views of the slopes . Once parked at the foot of the chalet , it's all about walking . The rifroids track is in the immediate vicinity to reach the ski lifts ... The owner was very nice and available ... I recommend this rental without hesitating?!

Excellent accommodation in a great location in Valmorel. Right at the bottom of the sledging area so it was great for our kids to. Located near the bottom of the Planchamp ski-lift, so excellent access to the slopes.

Excellent hosting, Pierre is a very kind and considerate host. From check-in where he waits patiently at a given point (found quickly thanks to his directions), to help access the accommodation (including help with luggage) until checkout, remaining available during the stay if needed. Apartment fully matches the description, clean, tidy and warm. Ideally located close to ski slopes (shuttles available) and shops. Sincerely recommendable. Thanks again for everything.

Perfect apartment for our weekend ski break. The apartment was central and on a main Street but even on Saturday night it wasn’t noisy. Everything you can think of in terms of equipment if you wanted to do catering - all high quality, easy to work (hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, two types of coffee maker and lots of gadgets to have fondue etc that I didn’t use). Loads of crockery, cutlery, utensils, sharp knives (rare in rentals I find!), as well as washing machine, tumble dryer, decent hair dryer, lots of socket converters for UK visitors. All the amenities you could want. The owner was responsive, helpful and accommodated our late arrival. They have a good relationship with Fun Ski shop beneath the apartment where we could collect a spare key, leave deposit etc. Well located for ski hire and were really helpful with local advice. The apartment is central and is 7 mins walk from the apartment and other lifts are 10 mins down the hill and there is a free bus.

This spot is in the heart of town, so in great proximity to restaurants, markets and the local park, but it's oriented towards a side street so also peaceful and quiet. It's furnished fairly simply, but clean and well designed. We really appreciated how functional and well provisioned the kitchen was despite its diminutive size since we stayed for five days and prefer to cook most of our own meals. The town itself was very pleasant, but doesn't have a great connection to the lake, and there are some gorgeous mountains in the surrounding areas, but access via public transportation wasn't really on offer at least during our visit, so probably best suited to folks traveling with a car to really make the most of the area. Carla and her son Guy were responsive and flexible, and we'd be delighted to stay at their spot again if we find ourselves back in the area.
