There is a blue flag beach 30 meters away. You can also reach Ören Beach in 5 minutes by car. The marina is two rows in front of our house. There are many cafes and restaurants around this lively and bustling area throughout the day. You can walk to these places in 2 minutes from the house.

THERE ARE BASKETBALL COURTS AND TENNIS COURTS ON THE BEACH 100 MT AWAY FROM THE HOUSE. CHILDREN 'S PARK ARE AVAILABLE NEXT TO THE CANS. IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE IS IN THE CITY CENTER. THE HOUSE IS AYRIYETTEN TERASIDA AND THERE IS A BARBECUE. ACCOMMODATES UP TO 6 PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE.
