We would like to thank Öncekile Nevay for her interest and sincerity. We stayed at his house with 4 people, we had everything we needed and everything was very clean. The location of the house was very good. Since we did not know the region very well, he helped us a lot during our trip. We will definitely choose it again on our next trip to Ayvalık. Mrs. Gülay's house is really wonderful, she thought of everything to make us comfortable. All the electronic appliances in the house work smoothly, which made me very happy. As seen in the pictures, the decoration of the house is quite stylish, it is a Greek house with a very pleasant accommodation ❤️ I think it's the best location in Ayvalık, with cobblestone pavements and many wonderful Greek houses, I didn't know where to look while walking around. The neighbors are also very sweet. It is also very precious for me that he accepted my little dog. I stay in Ayvalık every year, and I've stayed in this kind of house before, but this has become my favorite place by far. See you next summer. 🤗❤️

The house was generally nice and clean, we came with our dog as a group of friends, it is suitable for group stays. The village people and the host Osman Bey were sincere and helpful, and the conversation was enjoyable. The house is bigger than it looks in the photo, there could be a bigger pan/pot in the kitchen, oil. Since we came by car, we easily reached the nearby bays. It is better to do the grocery shopping in advance.

Are you captivated by charming streets with plenty of coffee and tea houses and all kinds of restaurants in your immediate vicinity? Moreover, the sea is a 5-minute walk away and within 15 minutes by minibus to a good swimming beach? Then this is the perfect home. We will definitely come back there.

It was simply a flawless stay. If you are going to the Assos, Behram area as a large family or with a group of friends, I highly recommend Mr. Emre's place. Everything is thought out and presented to make it a comfortable stay. Mr. Emre is very helpful with everything.

It was a really nice experience. The house was right at the foot of the ancient city, we went there without knowing this and we were very impressed. It has a very mystical atmosphere with its stone structure and courtyard. The house is exactly in the place where the stalls are set up; you can't walk to the sea, but it's 5 minutes by car. The location of the house is on the hill and our car could not climb the steep slope, so we had to carry the furniture on foot. This was a little challenging, but thanks to Mr. Kemal, he helped us carry our belongings. The house was clean in general, but we saw a few dead bugs on the first day, a more detailed cleaning could have been done. It was well equipped; there was everything in the kitchen, the barbecue was enjoyable. It is also necessary to shop before going to the market, because there is only a small neighborhood grocery store in the vicinity. The hosts were very caring and helpful. Overall, we were very satisfied, it is a great place especially for those who love nature and history. You might feel a little scared at night because it's a very quiet place. We were a little scared because of the spirit of Assos and the silence of the nights.

Mr. Mehmet and his wife took very good care of us. The house was very clean and spacious, a very peaceful area. They even helped us find a taxi. There was everything in the house, you can just take your suitcase and go. Kitchen utensils were quite sufficient. We never had any shortages while cooking. It was thought and put up to the spices. You can trust with your eyes closed:)

Our hosts Evrim and Dila was always responsive, proactive, friendly and helpful. The house was perfect: wonderful view of sea and mountains, quiet and peaceful, within nature. House is big enough for 3 families, with lots of space. The village is so nice to walk. The beach is also cool, very friendly service, great food and a cold but crystal clear sea. We’ve even saw the dolphins. Internet is a bit slow, but mobile coverage is good enough, and you rally should avoid internet :) Interiors are lovely and tasty. Great big kitchen to cook. We didn’t need to eat outside. Just go to bazaar in Ayvqcık or Kucukkuyu, buy some fresh and juicy fruit, vegetables, even meat, and cook foryourself. In summary, we really loved the house, surrounding environment, and our hosts. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet, romantic and natural getaway.

First of all, you are not renting the house of Engin Bey, you are a guest. She's a very warm person who helps with everything. The house is wonderful in nature and environment like a classic village house. It's much better than the photos, the only problem is the location and the transportation, which is the only thing you need to pay attention to is that it's a perfect place to relax and distract.

Beautiful place, stunning views, lovely host. Highly recommend if you just want to relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful view and visit nearby Assos. The place is very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. Kids loved the little cats and pool. Only minor negative is the nearby mosque that goes off at 6am and some construction noise while we were there Sep 2024. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

We stayed for 2 nights, Mr. Ismail was very hospitable. Taylıeli village was calm and peaceful. The views of the villa, especially at sunrise and sunset, were wonderful. We also took advantage of Mr. Ismail's guide and toured the area beautifully. We brought our parents and they had a calm and peaceful holiday. The beds, towels, and everything in the house were clean, we just felt the need to sweep and wipe the floors, it was a little dusty, but other than that, there was no problem with cleaning. The kitchen was also clean and had basic supplies, my only criticism is that some items such as the toaster and tea maker could have been replaced. We had a nice 2 days in general, Mr. Ismail was always open to help. We'd love to come back.

Beautiful house, clean interior, great place etc…. Pool was extremely clean and warm, kids didn’t got out of it all day! We will be back again

First of all, thank you to the hosts for their hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday. We had a 3-day stay for 4 people as a family. The place we stayed is located on the lower side of a 2-story stone house and the hosts live on the top. The place we stayed is exactly as it appears in the photos. The garden and pool were very well-maintained, both were fully available for guests. The kitchen utensils were enough for us. The linens and pillow cases were very clean, we didn't even use what we brought. The house is about 15-20 minutes drive to Ayvalık and 5 minutes to Gömeç. Ideal if you want to relax very quietly. Other than these, you need to bring extra drinking water when you come to the house, because the tap water is calcareous, so we couldn't use it for tea and coffee. It can be an ideal holiday for a double holiday or for families with children. We would like to thank the hosts Ms. Emel and Mr. Ertan, who responded quickly to all our requests and questions

Our dear host, who was in constant contact with us from the beginning to the end of the reservation, did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. The house was extremely comfortable and convenient. The pool was spotless and the surroundings were incredibly peaceful. In terms of transportation, we could easily access everywhere. This holiday was a family holiday, but we are already planning to come again with my wife. I recommend it to everyone.

It was a pleasure to stay at Mr. Ali’s place. He was very helpful, always online if we needed any help. He even greeted us and took us (we were 4 people) home. Location of the house is very central. Literally 2-5 minutes away from everything you can do in Ayvalik. Thank you for hosting us. If we ever decide to return, we will definitely choose this place again.

Located in a peaceful location in the middle of olive trees, the home has more than enough to cover everything I might need. Stylish kitchen with new and modern furnishings in the interiors, offered a comfortable and pleasant stay. Galateia and her mother were very helpful to us.
