You can enjoy peace with your whole family in this wonderful place. It is only ten minutes by car to Cunda Island and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable holiday with its approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, is three kilometers from the center of Ayvalık, there is no parking problem, and it is suitable for conservative families. There are two double beds, three single beds and a sofa bed that can be turned into a bed. A crib and a high chair can be provided if requested. All rooms have air conditioning.

Our historical Greek building in the center of Ayvalık offers you a unique accommodation opportunity with its 135-year history. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the bazaar, the beach and touristic places in minutes and enjoy your holiday in the streets that reflect the historical texture of Ayvalık. Our house consists of 2 floors in total. Downstairs there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. On the upper floor, there are 3 rooms, a bathroom and a toilet where 6 people can stay comfortably. *READ THE NOTES.

Cunda Garden Villa

Our house is rented as a first and second floor duplex. The ground floor is not included. (It can be rented as a triplex with the ground floor for more than 8 people.) We have a small 45 m2 private lesson studio across from the house. Me and my wife, Bingül Hoca, work here. We only have classes on weekdays; our studio is closed on weekends. (It is closed with glass.) In order not to cause any inconvenience to our valued customers, the windows are kept closed at all times. There is no music, etc.

Assos Stone House

On top of Kayalar Village, with exceptional view. The house has two rooms: upstairs, a bedroom with a large balcony and a bathroom; downstairs, a living room and kitchen. Each floor is 35m2. The sofa folds out to a double bed. The house has separate entrances on both floors. There is a shared swimming pool, between two houses, sun loungers and eating areas in front of the house (The swimming pool is operational between June and October). Since this is a village, there can be cats around.

Pelitköy İçmeler coast is in the aquarium bay. In touch with the sea and nature, there is a grocery store and public beach paid beach cafe. There is a very spacious patio on the ground floor of our villa, a private pool and garden area measuring 4.5x2.5 m2 with a depth of 1.5 meters and a living room, kitchen and toilet area. There are 3 bedrooms, a toilet & bathroom area and 2 balconies on the first floor. It has a very large area where you can watch the sunset in the terrace area.

Daily rental apartment that can accommodate up to 10 people

Our apartment, where you can have a quiet and peaceful holiday with your family or large groups of friends, is waiting for you two km from Sarımsaklı, three km from Ayvalık center and one km from Küçükköy center. A water booster has been installed since 2020. The apartment is on the third floor, it has a large terrace where you can have a barbecue. Heating is provided by a heater in the winter months.
