Fantastic! It was a really nice stay! Accommodation: superbly equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything is very lovingly and high-quality furnished. There were even small towels in front of the door to clean the dog's paws. As in the description there was an animal alarm system, but this was known and also not disruptive. Location: Fantastic! The view from the conservatory was like in the picture book. From the property you could directly climb a hiking trail, perfect for people and dogs. Will definitely come back!

The apartment is really super nice – decorated with everything you need and a great base for excursions in the Swabian Alb. In the evening, even the evening sun shines right into the living room!

We had a great stay at this place! The apartment is very clean, modernly furnished and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. We particularly liked the central location - many sights, restaurants and shops are within walking distance in 20-30 minutes. Communication with Gerda was uncomplicated, friendly and fast, we felt completely comfortable and welcome. The quiet neighborhood and the good parking facilities are also worth mentioning. We can recommend the apartment without restriction and will be happy to come back!🙂

really a great stay for a great value for money. The apartment has everything your heart desires. Whether fully functional kitchen or enough beds and a clean new bathroom, everything is available. In general, the apartment is super new and in top condition. When I arrived, I had a short problem because I had not found the bell directly, but Svitlana was immediately available on the phone for me and helped me kindly. her mother then let me in and showed me everything. She can't speak German and also not English (Russian but) but she was super nice and accommodating and the communication was still possible :)

Good location, clean place, responsive host, worth recommending

We felt very comfortable in Thierry's place. Everything was as described. Thierry is super friendly and even fulfilled a small special request for us. We would mist definitely visit again.

The city center of Ulm was a 10-minute walk away.

It was a very nice stay. There was nothing missing and the apartment was clean. Generally very quiet area. Check-in went smoothly. Personally, it was a bit too cold in the apartment and the temperature just didn't want to go up, according to the thermostat. Otherwise, I can really recommend the apartment, especially if you are not such a frostbite:) Photos are also representative, so you know what you're getting. Thumbs up from me.

We booked Sandra's place for our family's Easter visit and they were totally thrilled! I spent one night here during my bike trip and was completely satisfied. The apartment was absolutely clean, well equipped and cozy – there was really nothing to complain about. Particularly important for me: My bike could be safely accommodated. Clear recommendation!

A nice accommodation and especially in summer the balcony has a nice view. The accommodation is very quiet, you have a supermarket around the corner. The accommodation was very clean and you have everything you need for the time you are there. Hosts are very friendly! I would be happy to come back.
