Our apartment "Hans" is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to go hiking or climbing on foot, if you want to get on your bike or simply want time to enjoy, this is the place. The apartment is in the attic. In the house, there are two other apartments, all of which are entered through the common staircase. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a kitchen that is well equipped.

Studio apartment with 33 m² in the middle of Neu-Ulm on the Danube for rent. The apartment is fully furnished and can be occupied by 4 people. You also have a fully equipped kitchen with induction, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and dishes. In addition to the box spring bed (2 m x 1.60 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be pulled out into a 2 m x 1 m bed with a slatted frame. An ironing board and iron can be borrowed free of charge on request.

You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

The charming, romantic attic apartment is centrally located in the quiet city center of Reutlingen with excellent transport links to outlet city Metzingen, airport and Messe Stuttgart and to the Swabian Alps, both by public transport and by car. An underground parking space is available for our guests (optional). The attic apartment is divided into 2 areas. On the left is the living room and sleeping area with balcony and on the right kitchen with terrace, bathroom/toilet.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.
