Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Bungalow by the river and forest.

A great retreat for a group of friends, but also for a family with children and pets. The whole house is just for you, you can also use the fenced garden area. You can set up a tent in the garden, for example, or spend time on the large terrace by the barbecue overlooking the greenery. You can relax in the living room with Netflix. Watching old DVDs or playing board games can also liven up your stay. The location is quiet and safe, close to the forest and the Lužnice River. The surroundings are full of natural beauty, but also historical attractions.

We offer a newly renovated 2-room apartment in a quiet area of southern Bohemia near Tábor, Bechyně, Třeboň.... by the Lužnice river. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, connected to a living room with a TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. Bathroom amenities - a large bathtub and shower. Public parking 30 meters from the house (price from 40,- CZK/day). The front door has a keypad (code will be sent by text) = self check-in. Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.
