Dear interested parties, I place a lot of value on a good price/performance ratio for the tenants & that it remains fair for both sides. You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. Čeká vás minimalistický, ale promyšlený interiér a soukromé wellness v podobě vířivky a sauny (sauna není zahrnuta v ceně). Domeček je pro všechny, kdo milují klid, přírodu a chtějí si dopřát víc, než jen přespání. Je to zážitek, kde zpomalíte, načerpáte energii a odvezete si domů vzpomínky, na které se nezapomíná.

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Our cottage

Naše chata je místem pro každého, kdo rád čerpá energii v přírodě - ať už v páru nebo v poklidné společnosti přátel a rodiny. Najdete ji v dubovo-borovicovém lese poblíž Borovan na jihu Čech v krásné přírodě nedaleko od Novohradských hor. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.

Vybavena kuchyně, jídelna na terase. Dvě prostorné koupelny , dvě WC, 15 minut od historického mesta Pisek a 10 minut od zámku Blatná. U nás je klid, pohodlí a k dispozici je i malá loďka. Dum je oplocený.
