You can expect a minimalist but well-thought-out interior and private wellness in the form of a hot tub and sauna (the sauna is not included in the price). The cottage is for everyone who loves peace and nature and wants to enjoy more than just a place to sleep. It's an experience where you slow down, recharge your batteries, and take home memories you'll never forget.

Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Apartment Vráž u Písku

This comfortable apartment is located in the quiet spa town of Vráž u Písku, an ideal place for relaxing and exploring the beauty of nature. It offers two bedrooms – one of them has a balcony overlooking the fields, each with its own TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining table for 4, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment is located in a house on the edge of a field, which guarantees unique views and a quiet environment. At the same time, it is just a short walk to Písek, where you can find cafes, restaurants, and other services.

A cottage on the Lužnice River, where the water is all you hear. Watch the river from the terrace, brew morning coffee and go fishing — I'll gladly arrange a permit. Grill under the pergola, end the day by the campfire. Inside: equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, bedroom, bathroom, plus a fireplace and pellet stove for winter. Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Large spacious house, just a few meters from the lake. At the edge of the forest. The house has maximum comfort, 3 bedrooms, each with its own terrace. Spacious living room with fireplace and water views. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area on the terrace. Two spacious bathrooms, two toilets, 15 minutes from the historic town of Pisek and 10 minutes from Blatná Castle. Our place is quiet, comfortable, and a small boat is available. The house is fenced.

Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.
