This cabin was built to be the perfect getaway for 2 people but can sleep 4. An 8×48 covered porch is on the front of the cabin as well as a 16×16 concrete patio attached to the side of the cabin. Walk out the sliding door to the patio to enjoy the propane outdoor fireplace, grill and full patio set and of course the beautiful Vermont view!

Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. In St-Armand🇨🇦, a small house ideal as a pied-à-terre for visiting the area/wine route. 3 km from the border, near 133, it allows you to visit Vermont without sleeping in the United States. With a bedroom (double bed + single inflatable mattress), a living room with smart TV without cable for your subscriptions (Netflix…), a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom/shower and a dining room. There is double parking. It's a modest house near the neighbors and the noisy road.
