Holiday rentals with a patio in Alcavaneras

bellissimo appartamento, si tratta di una mansarda molto accogliente al secondo piano con un ampio terrazzo, arredato con gusto, cucina corredata di vari elettrodomestici, letto molto comodo, la zona è molto tranquilla, si trova facilmente parcheggio nelle vie limitrofe, è vicino al viale principale di Vecindario dove ci sono moltissimi negozi di ogni genere, supermercati e locali. Jacinta ci ha riservato un'ottima accoglienza, in casa abbiamo trovato dolcetti, caffè in capsule e l'acqua naturale! Consigliatissimo!

La casa muy cómoda y bonita. Todo limpio y en perfecto estado. Bien comunicado con autobús para ir al centro y a la playa. El aparcamiento por la zona es gratis y con muchas huecos. Recomendable para 2 o 3 personas.

Appartement au top très propre moderne neuf il ne manque rien, María est un vrai bijoux, agréable, sympathique, toujours réactive. La plage se trouve à 5 mn de l’appartement elle est superbe, il y a à 10 mn à pied tout ce qu’il vous faut en petits commerces, restaurants etc, 15 mn en voiture de Palma et 30 mn max de la zone touristique (Maspalomas,meloneras, Pasito Blanco etc) Bref y’a vraiment rien a redire sur cet appartement il est tout simplement magnifique une terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur la mer phénoménale . A l’année prochaine María 😉👍💪

kjempekoselig leilighet, flott terrasse med fint felles basseng. supermarked i umiddelbar nærhet. Veldig hyggelig vert som svarte raskt og informerte godt. Hyggelig velkomst med oppvartning. Anbefaler absolutt å leie denne.

Tolle Wohnung, genau wie auf den Bildern! Kommunikation problemlos, ebenso flexibler Check-In. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage inklusive. Eine sehr sichere Gegend, das Meer ist Fußläufig erreichbar, bis zum Strand läuft man jedoch eine Weile. Insgesamt eine super Wohnung und ein problemloser Ablauf :)

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, and the location was unbeatable—just a minute’s walk to restaurants and the marina, and only a few minutes from the beach. Everything was within easy walking distance. Puerto de Mogán is a truly magical place—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. We loved the marina, the quiet beach, spotting tropical fish in the clear water, and watching crabs on the rocks. The blossom-lined streets around the accommodation made it even more special. The town winds down around 10–10:30 PM, which suited us perfectly—it was ideal for relaxed evenings with a glass of wine, followed by a restful night and early morning walks for breakfast. Thank you, Evelyn, for your warm hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Wir (Paar, 63 Jahre alt) haben im Mai 2025 insgesamt 11 Nächte in Marias "Paradies" verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr geschmachvoll eingerichtet und bietet eine komplette Ausstattung. Von den Handtüchern über die Bettwäsche bis hin zur Kaffeemaschine war alles da und in wirklich guter Qualität. Besonder hervorzuheben ist das bequeme (wenn auch ziemlich schmale) Bett und die hervorragenden Kopfkissen. Der absolute Knaller ist natürlich die riesige Dachterrasse mit einem phänomenalen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Auch dort war alles an Mobiliar vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann...inklusive bequemer Polster.

We hadden een heerlijke week in de Leuke loft , prachtig uitzicht vanuit de bovenste verdieping . Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Een welkom pakketje was aanwezig , heel attent van Alexandre 🙏🏻 Het was heel fijn vertoeven , zon zee strand en paar leuke restaurantjes in de buurt.

We, a family of three, spent a wonderful week at Maria Jesus' place. I can only join the previous reviews in saying that the welcome from both Marian and the owner was exceptionally friendly, the communication very smooth and proactive from Marian's side. The place itself is nicely located overlooking the Playa del Hombre; it is a good base for discovering the whole island (especially the Northern part); the neighborhood itself is a quiet residential area. The parking space just across the street is very convenient. It's lovely to sit outside at the terrace (both the open-but-windy and the sheltered parts), and the apartment itself has everything you need for a week's stay (also when staying with a small child, e.g. travel cot). All in all highly recommended!

Ci siamo innamorati della casa, le foto non le rendevano giustizia. L’host è stato da subito amichevole, gentile e sempre disponibile. La posizione della casa ottima per spostarsi anche a piedi e con mezzi pubblici. Siamo stati da subito coccolati da un aperitivo che ci è stato fatto carinamente trovare al nostro arrivo. Non possiamo che consigliare la sistemazione. Una casa curata, pulita e romantica. Davvero grazie

Nous avons adoré l appartement et sa terrasse bien adaptée pour l apero ! Il est moderne, superbe et bien pensé. Un Spar pour faire les courses est à 2 minutes avec un personnel adorable. Nombreux bars et restaurants à proximité.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von insgesamt 9 Personen und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft bietet genug Platz für eine solch große Gruppe und hat eine tolle Aufteilung, sodass man sowohl Zeit gemeinsam im Wohnzimmer als auch jeder für sich im Büro/draußen verbringen kann. Auch gibt es genug Bäder. Die Küchen bieten genug Stauraum und Utensilien auch für längere Aufenthalte. Eine Spülmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Pool sowie die gesamte Außenanlage waren ansprechend und sauber, ebenso wie der Innenbereich. Einzig das WLAN ist nicht im gesamten Haus ausreichend stark, am besten ist es direkt im Wohnzimmer. Zum einkaufen und für Ausflüge haben wir immer unsere Mietwägen genutzt, die einfach an der Unterkunft geparkt werden konnten. Nach Las Palmas sind es nur 15min, an den Strand nach Maspalomas nur 40min, die Strecken sind einfach zu erreichen und unkompliziert. Kommunikation mit Alex war absolut reibungslos, man hat sich direkt sehr willkommen und vertraut gefühlt.

Tolle Unterkunft für mehrere Tage direkt am Meer! Die Wohnung ist hell und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Ein Highlight war der Zugang zur großen Terasse mit Blick auf Ozean, Surfende und Sonnenuntergang- und aufgang. Wenige Meter entfernt konnte man jederzeit im Naturpool schwimmen. Die Umgebung und die Menschen waren sehr entspannt. Ich hatte einen Teil des Aufenthalts dort auch remote gearbeitet, was dank des guten WLANs problemlos möglich war. Einzige kleine Kritik: Das Bett bzw. die Matratze hat uns leider nicht so getaugt, da man die Metall-Federn spürte. Würden aber wiederkommen!

Fantastic, stylish house which is very open air, great for the warm weather. pool was large enough for a few people to cool down. lots of areas for entertaining and lounging outside with great views of the town and sea. local cafes and restaurants all just a minute walk away. Tip. we parked outside the steps to unload bags then drove to the carpark. (3 mins walk)

We stayed at the villa 19-26th Dec. The property is exactly as the photos show. It really is stunning. It was clear before we booked that it is remote & we had a car - you would definitely need one to get around. There is a spa 5 mins walk from the villa which is well stocked & a restaurant next to the spa which we went to one night which was nice. A short drive to the end of the golf resort is the hotel which you can go to for drinks in the evening & you can pay to use their facilities. We didn’t do this but it is an option. The villa was perfect for a relaxing break with good amenities. The outside area didn’t get the sun after about 3pm and be aware the pool is chilly but my son (12) was jumping in and out. The pool was cleaned regularly but it was a shame it wasn’t warm. The host was very accommodating and gave us lots of ideas of places to visit when he met us. Very safe location, beautiful villa, quiet but perfect for what we wanted.

Tolle Unterkunft. Alles so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Als wir einmal ein Problem hatten, wurde sofort geholfen. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen. 10/10

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Clemens. Es war alles wie beschrieben und Clemens war immer erreichbar für uns. Wir hatten super leckere Orangen und Avocados die wir einfach vom Baum pflücken durften! Vielen Dank dafür

El apartamento era como se describe en las fotos. Francisco tuvo detalles de súper anfitrión como dejar agua, leche, infusiones, café, croissants, mermelada, mantequilla y unas chocolatinas a la llegada. Nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. El apartamento estaba muy limpio.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Cordelia, mit vielen Wanderungen in der spektakulären Landschaft dieser Region! Cornelia ist eine sehr liebenswürdig Gastgeberin, kümmert sich sehr um ihre Gäste und und ist immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und hat alles was man erwarten kann. Der Luxus von frisch vom Baum gepflückt Orangen und Zitronen ist toll. Durch das Gekrähe von Hähne und Pfauen in der Gegend sollte man sich nicht gestört fühlen. Die Aussicht über das Tal ist wunderschön! Die steile Zufahrt ist für ängstliche Autofahrer etwas herausfordernd, aber wer die Straßen in Gran Canaria befährt muß sowieso mutig sein! Vielen Dank für diese Zeit in deiner schönen Finka!

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft gewesen alles super geklappt und sehr schön ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier her kommen sehr schöne Lage und alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieterin und top Kommunikation 👍

We really enjoyed our week holiday in this apartment. The host Yurga was very responsive and helpful. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, especially in the evening time for sunset. The furniture on the balcony was comfortable, and the mattress was also very comfortable. The coffee machine was an extra bonus! We would absolutely stay here again 👍🏼
