Quiet, impeccably clean, comfortable mattresses, a good TV, pool, closed parking in the same development, 5 minutes walk from the beach, a magnificent terrace and everything you need to have a good vacation in Oropesa and feel at home.

the house itself is very good, perfect location and cozy place. There are details missing, they have 3 coffee machines of which none work, the kitchen, the furniture and dishes were not very clean, they had stains and it was not really clean. The rooms could use a few drawers to store underwear, but everything else is perfect. I don't think it's right that the ad says that animals are allowed and then they charge you for them. I also don't think it's right that they charge you 40 euros to enter on a Sunday, although the app says 40 euros, but in July and August, in June it doesn't say anything, but hey, the payment is accepted out of empathy. Everything else is perfect.

Apartment located in one of the best developments in the "Las Fuentes" area in Alcoceber, next to the promenade, and with essential services just a stone's throw away, such as a supermarket and pharmacy just 50 meters away. The apartment is on the first floor but is similar in height to a second floor apartment, with a large terrace overlooking the gardens, the development's swimming pool, and the sea. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and one bathroom, well-equipped. There is A/C in the living room and bedrooms, as well as fans. The kitchen was well-equipped, perhaps it could use a dishwasher, but on the other hand it had a dryer, which is very useful in a beach area. The fridge may not cool much, but it's not a problem and it does its job. Overall, the apartment is very comfortable for four people. The interaction with the owners was excellent, one of the days we had a problem that they solved quickly. In short, totally recommended.

Great apartment in a very well maintained residence, close to the sea. Only downside ,to park in August is a bit complicated but since the environment is nice we quickly forget.

Hi, We had a great week with the family in Catherine and Steve's home. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting, and the pool is a real asset for young and old! The beach is easily accessible on foot in just 5 minutes, which is very convenient. The accommodation was impeccable when we arrived: clean, tidy and as described. We had a pleasant stay at Antonio's, the apartment is very spacious, modern, well located in the heart of the village of Les Cases d 'Alcanar close to all amenities. The little extra is the secure underground parking as well as the Rooftop to enjoy beautiful evenings. We loved our stay in Peñíscola! The apartment was just spacious enough for 3 adults and 1 kid, clean, and just steps from the beach with beautiful sea view and view of the castle (imo better than the most photos) . Perfect location for exploring the old town and relaxing by the beach. Great for families — peaceful and convenient. Plus free parking spot if you need one. We would definitely return!

We were there with a women's group of 10 people for 3 nights and were just thrilled. A very clean and beautiful house, in which nothing was missing. In real life, the house is even more beautiful than in the photos online and the pool is also an absolute dream. All necessary equipment was available and parking in the courtyard was also easy. The communication went smoothly, nati and her husband are very helpful and always available. We would all go back to this great house immediately.
