A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Here you can enjoy our beautiful nature from both the living room and bedroom and you can also walk freely in our nature. It is close to Hallandsleden. My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Just nu skogarna fulla av både blåbär och svamp 🫐🍄‍🟫 Stugan är charmigt inredd med gamla ting, men med en modern standard. Vakna i en skön 160-säng och njut av den fantastiska sjöutsikten. I lingondkogen ligger det lilla, lilla katthuset med inga rakar vinklar. Katthuset erbjuder lugn och ro och skydd från regn och rusk. Du/ ni sover i en 140 cm med rena sängkläder. I Katthuset finns vattenkokare, mikro,värme och torn.Eget utedass och utedusch intill. Möjlighet finns att köpa till en enklare frukost att äta i huset, på verandan eller alternativt i Drakhuset. Boendet ligger en mil från Ullared med det stora varuhuset Gekås.
