Pool of 10 X 5 and possibility of barbecue. We live here too but we do not use common spaces with the guests, neither bathroom nor kitchen, absolutely nothing. Supermarket, bakery and bars 2 minutes away. Valencia city is 35 minutes from here and beach 35 km from home. 620 meters of housing and more than 3,500 of green area.
