Beautiful apartment on the edge to a forest in a 2-family house with a separate entrance in Alfter, centrally located between Cologne and Bonn and only a few hundred meters away from the local forest area "Kottenforst" and Alanus University. The apartment provides a good connection to supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. The apartment has 1 bed (160x200)cm and is very suitable and spacious (37 m²) for up to 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower (80x80)cm.

Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit zwei großen Zimmern, integrierter Küche , Flur und Bad. Die Nutzung der wohnungseigenen Sauna ist gegen eine geringe Gebühr möglich. Eine Nutzung des Gartens ist nach Absprache möglich. Beachte bitte, dass sich durch die Nähe zum Garten auch einmal ein Insekt in die Wohnung verirren kann.

Our Airbnb apartment is beautifully located directly on the Rhine. Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne can be reached in no time by car. Our town of Mondorf is located on the local recreation area of the Siegmündung and offers a variety of opportunities for relaxation, sports activities or cultural offerings. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach very nice different restaurants, beer garden, beach bar and pubs. Beautiful cycling trails start from the front door and lead along the Rhine.
