Consta de un espacio de salón-comedor con cocina integrada, dispone de aire acondicionado, de una mesa amplia y extensible, para comer y para trabajar, de un sofá que se convierte en una cómoda cama para dos personas, SmartTV y Wi-Fi (500 Mb). Consta de una acogedora habitación, equipada con una cama amplia y cómoda y con aire acondicionado. También hay otra habitación donde existe un jacuzzi con hidromasaje con espacio para 2 personas, y un aseo privado. Además, existe un baño completo de uso común. Y se dispone de lavadora y secadora (accesibles desde la cocina), y posibilidad de añadir una cuna (disponible bajo petición). Disposición de todo el alojamiento completo. No existen zonas comunes con el resto del edificio.
