Holiday rentals with a patio in Alicante

We had a great stay! The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the city center — you can easily walk everywhere. It was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with everything you might need in the kitchen. The parking space in the garage was a big plus — the car was always safe and out of the sun. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming. He waited for us late in the evening to hand over the keys, gave us clear instructions, and explained everything in detail. He also left us everything we needed for the beach. We were greeted with a fridge full of drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a wonderful experience — we were very happy with our stay!

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Fantastic stay at Villa Aqua! Villa is exactly as described and has everything you need. Location is ok but definitely worth having a car if you want to explore. The villa was very clean and the pool was much bigger than we expected. Peaceful and private location - we would definitely stay again!

The apartment was beautiful. The pool was bigger than what we thought. Dan and co were so friendly and easy to speak to. the apartment felt so private and peaceful. Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

We were delighted to have been able to spend our stay in Alicante in this apartment. Extremely well located with the metro almost at the foot of the building, and a view that helps you feel like you're on vacation! I highly recommend it.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this flat! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Old Town with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante.

Beautiful modern apartment with all mod cons. Remote controlled blinds, light and shutters. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and crockery required for cooking indoors. lovely views from balcony. absolutely no complains. would recommend wholeheartedly.
