Holiday rentals with a patio in Alicante

Lovely modern apartment, all the amenities were there that you needed. Peaceful location although far enough from the city where an uber is required. you can tell rafal and karina take care of the place. Amazing for a nice relaxing few days. The pool has an AMAZING view. Jazmin was also so helpful and made checking in so easy with a step by step guide and was only a text away from any questions. Overall an amazing and relaxing experience and will definitely be going back!

Très calme, très bien placé (possibilité d'aller dans le centre à pied, de plus juste au-dessus de la gare si vous voulez prendre le train) Très propre. Olga est très réactive et arrangeante pour l'arrivée dans la mesure du possible évidemment.

We had a great stay! The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the city center — you can easily walk everywhere. It was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with everything you might need in the kitchen. The parking space in the garage was a big plus — the car was always safe and out of the sun. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming. He waited for us late in the evening to hand over the keys, gave us clear instructions, and explained everything in detail. He also left us everything we needed for the beach. We were greeted with a fridge full of drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a wonderful experience — we were very happy with our stay!

Nos hemos alojado en este apartamento durante 8 días y todo ha sido perfecto. El piso es muy cómodo, limpio y está equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos. Además, el anfitrión ha sido muy amable y atento en todo momento, respondiendo rápidamente a cualquier consulta. ¡Recomendamos este alojamiento sin duda y esperamos volver pronto!

me gustó mucho el piso de daniela moderno, tranquilo, limpio y todo en orden, las habitaciones grandes queda perfecta para familia pequeña, daniela fue amable y esta al pendiente por cual quier cosa , gracias Dany

Väldigt fint boende som har allt man behöver för en semester, grill, jacuzzi, pool och bra utrustat kök! Nackdelen med området är att det är kuperat och gångavståndet till stranden är kanske närmre 20 min.

La maison était incroyable : très propre, parfaitement équipée, avec une superbe piscine. Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et sécurisé, elle est idéale pour se reposer. Emplacement parfait, à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de Torrevieja, 30 minutes d’Alicante et 1 heure de Benidorm. Très pratique aussi : un supermarché à 1 minute à pied de la maison. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Un grand merci à Lorena pour son accueil chaleureux et sa communication rapide et efficace. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

The apartment was beautiful. The pool was bigger than what we thought. Dan and co were so friendly and easy to speak to. the apartment felt so private and peaceful. The only thing we struggled with was finding taxis that would take us elsewhere, but that meant we spent more time in the pool hahah xx 10/10 would recommend xx Thank you Dan xx

Super dejlig bolig i rolige omgivelser. Vi blev taget godt imod og fik anbefalinger til diverse ting i området og transport. Værten og Welcomely svarede hurtigt på beskeder og var fleksible i forhold til både ind- og udtjekning. Vi ville overveje at komme tilbage igen!

Schöne Unterkunft, hatte alles was man braucht. Wir empfehlen ein Mietwagen zu nehmen um besser mobil zu sein.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage war ruhig und ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation super. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Qing was very pleasant, attentive, and always reachable and responsive. She was accommodating to our traveling needs specially with a toddler. The apartment is very spacious and make you unwind from the busy center. Host work with you if you have additional requests.

Nous étions ravis d’avoir pu passer notre séjour à Alicante dans cet appartement. Extrêmement bien placé avec le métro quasiment au pied de l’immeuble, et une vue qui aide à se sentir en vacances ! Je recommande vivement

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. My family and I had a fantastic stay at this flat! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Old Town with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante.

El apartamento esta en muy buenas condiciones, nos costaba salir de allí con lo cómodos que estábamos, con una terraza mirando al mar. Todo muy limpio, probablemente el apartamento con mejores baños (aparte de que tiene 3) de los que he estado. La zona es tranquila, si quieres salir de tardeo o noche tienes que andar unos 30 minutos o coger el tram a alicante, pero merece la pena.
