Beach house holiday rentals in Alki Beach

This location can’t be beat! We loved exploring the beach, watching seals, porpoises and otters, and making s’mores. The cabin was charming, clean, and had everything we needed.

Beautiful, serene, and private location—perfect for a peaceful family getaway. The home was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, and our toddlers especially loved the toys. The space felt safe, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Lotus' Beach House was beautiful, and exactly the peaceful home away that we needed. We loved waking up and watching harbor porpoise with the sunrise, from anywhere in the house! The wall of glass made for the best view when it was chilly to be out on the deck or beach. It was cool to read about the award-winning architecture and to see how Lotus plans to feature it. The instruction notes and guides through the house were helpful as well, and they had everything we needed, even bath toys for our kids. We had plenty of dishes, everything to cook with, kids stools in both bathrooms, entertainment and even a kite! It was a quick drive to see the Troll and downtown Winslow, or up to Poulsbo, but we were also happy walking up and down the beach, playing in the sand and splashing in the Sound. Three days here felt like we've had a week of vacating or more, it was so rejuvenating. Thank you!

The location was private and secluded, the yard looked great, the view was beautiful and amazing! There was enough outdoor furniture for everyone. The kitchen had enough pots and pans and gadgets to make cooking meals possible. We have stayed in places where the kitchen was not equipped for that. There were a good number of blankets and pillows. Thomas responded to my questions pretty fast.

The house was beautiful and had lots of thoughtful touches and amenities. The Welcome Guide had lots of local information and laid out nicely. Lots of books, puzzles, coloring pages, games, etc in addition to all the water toys and scenic views. The house was very pet friendly and had a basket with dog towels, feeding mat, and toys. The background was beautiful and worked but was a little difficult for our dog as there wasn't a lot of grass/areas to potty other than gravel/gardens.

Paradise! We truly enjoyed our stay at Shikha's place. Great views, comfortable lounging inside and out, truly a lovely place to visit! I hope to be back again some day.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property! Katie was super helpful and friendly and she has put together a great homey space. Close to downtown Poulsbo but you’ll barely want to leave the beautiful backyard on the waterfront. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This cabin was just what I had hoped for a relaxing getaway. Although not new construction, it had an old house charm with updated features. It definitely felt like it has been well loved and lived in, but still clean and well kept. It did have everything we could have needed for our trip. Our kids enjoyed playing games and ping pong in the basement, as well as exploring the gardens and beach. The beach at low tide was a spectacular treasure hunt to see all sorts of sea creatures, shells, animals and birds. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner every night. The views from the living room and deck were incredible. It was so peaceful and quiet, I could have enjoyed that spot forever.

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Amazing stay right in the heart of downtown. So easy to walk to Pike Place Market and conference center. So much to do in Seattle that was easily accessible from this location. Target underneath a huge plus for things we might have forgotten to pack. Taylor was very responsive and available for questions or concerns. Beautiful condo with amazing views. Amenities in the building (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub) were amazing. We were sad to leave, but can’t wait to come back to visit in the future.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Everything was neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the ping-pong table and lower hangout area. This place was perfect for our family to spread out and relax.

Absolutely a great place to stay and perfectly located to everything you would want to have and see. A parking spot is available, but it’s so easy to get to her place from the airport and we would highly recommend using the public transportation and forget the car. Enjoy Seattle on foot. No shortage of interesting things to see on foot. This was a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and safe and secured access to the building. We will be back and this will be our go to place to stay anytime we come to Seattle in the future. A shoutout to Judy for being a great host.

Lovely house with water views right within a quick drive of many Seattle area attractions. We had a great stay for a May wedding in the area. Allison has put a lot of thought into the house, with fun games, comfortable beds, and clear instructions for everything. Nearby Poulsbo is high on our list of recommendations.

The house was wonderful! The open kitchen/living space and giant island were the absolute perfect place for communal gathering (cooking big meals/games and puzzles). The 6 burner stove and BBQ made cooking a breeze! We loved the wraparound deck with plenty of seating and afternoon sunshine. The fenced backyard was great for dog/child exploration. The house was fully stocked with all necessary items. Rachael was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Free access to the community pool was a lovely bonus! The neighborhood is overall very peaceful and in close proximity to beautiful beaches and wooded walking paths. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and it all started with the incredible hosts, Debi and Russell. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and truly made us feel like family. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and were always quick to respond to any questions. The home itself exceeded all expectations. The amenities were far beyond what we anticipated. The views—both day and night—were stunning, and the local wildlife was a delightful surprise. We even saw several bald eagles, which was a first for us! The house is incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a huge bonus and the perfect way to unwind after exploring Washington. The modern upgrades and appliances made our stay even more comfortable. There were also plenty of games and toys for kids—though our daughter spent most of her time enjoying the pool. You truly won’t be disappointed.

It is a very lovely home in the best area - so close to Lincoln beach and a close drive to restaurants and scenery . The place was really lovely and a great weekend experience . Lauren is very kind and super helpful . I would gladly stay here again

Excellent location, beautiful views, and private. Exactly as pictured and described on Airbnb (which in my experience, is atypical). The house was well stocked, and especially appreciated the Peet’s coffee! A bonus was getting to see Ian’s nature-art-photography on every wall. Ian could not have been more helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying at this gem again. Thank you, Ian.

Nice, quiet spot not far from Alki Beach. Everything was very clean and tidy. Comfy beds and pillows for good sleeping after exploring the area. Really appreciated the off street parking too.

The unit was incredibly well prepared, thought out, and clean. Yumi communicated very well. There is very close access to Alki beach, within walking distance. Worked out very well for a short trip to Seattle. We would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and equipped with everything we could need. There was plenty of room for our family to gather together and to have a bit of privacy when needed. The location was convenient and quiet, and we enjoyed using the deck and watching the ships go by in the sound. Thao was very proactive and responsive and we'd love to visit again sometime!

This stay was amazing! The house is gorgeous, and everything was accurately listed. The house is so cozy, and was well equiped for everything we needed for a great stay. The livingroom is super conducive to relaxing with more than 1 person, but we knew what the setup was before arriving. Other than that, the stay was eveerything we wanted it to be. Gorgeous property - and all the work they've put into that house shows.

Lovely stay! Smooth check in and check out. Communication with Tom was very easy, he was very responsive! Very tidy comfortable home. Loved the location. Easy walk to the beach with beautiful views. Good restaurants right down the street. Hope to return to Alki Beach one day!

Wendy is a great host. Her place is in a walkable neighborhood, a few blocks from the 40 bus line that takes you to downtown Seattle. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back.

Virginia’s place was exceptional! Every detail of this spectacular cottage was designed with guests in mind. All the ‘extras’ (and there were many) made us feel right at home. We so enjoyed our visit to this quiet 5 star guest home and would definitely book again when in Seattle.
