The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. The "Einschnitt" stop of the mountain railway line 50 is only a few meters away and takes you directly to Linz's main square. A private parking space is also available.
