Lovely apartment with private parking space

Large comfortable studio that can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a stay for couples, families or groups of friends. The accommodation has a sofa bed and a bed that can be converted into a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with oven, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is also a washing machine available. Linens and towels are provided. You will also have a private parking space in a closed parking lot. There are also free spots on the street.

Pleasant studio located in the center of Le Mans, close to the train station and circuit (10 minutes by public transport or car), at the foot of the tram. Composed of a living room/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Parking spaces available 2mn by transport, 5mn walk. Close to all amenities. We like to hand over the keys to our guests in person. However, after 8 p.m., they can be picked up from the lockbox. Bed linen provided. Extra towel €5.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
