Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

The Wormser Water Tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic holiday. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

Located in the rural 1-room apartment in Dexheim, the 1-room apartment is located in a quiet location. Several wineries and ostrich farms are within walking distance. 100m away is a bus stop. In ~4 km away are the wine towns of Nierstein & the worth seeing imperial city of Oppenheim, with various shopping opportunities and S-Bahn connections to Mainz. The place is particularly suitable for couples, solo travelers and bike hikers (bikes can be set dry).

A kitchen and a terrace, which can also be grilled, are also available. The accessible apartment is suitable for 2 adults and max. 1 child. The main train station and the city center with restaurants and shops are within walking distance. A bus stop is 100m away.

Or you step out for running, hiking or biking or just for a walk in nature. It is just behind the house. Our flat can be booked for home-office or vacation purpose. Our flat suits best for 1-2 people. 1 additional person can sleep on the sleep sofa.
