We absolutely LOVED this sweet Spanish Villa tucked away in the jungle vibes of Venice. Super quiet & away off the street, with beautiful and eclectic touches of Art and furniture. The pictures do not do this place justice, it exceeded our expectations! High ceilings, lots of space and sunlight, fresh breeze from the bedroom terrace coming in. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were a dream. Had the best sleeps here. Loved the Spanish tiles through the rooms and the vintage gas range was so cool! I felt like I was living in an architect Design magazine house. The location was perfect. Quick walk to Abbott Kinney , and grocery stores. The hosts were quick to respond as well which was great! It was so clean and had everything you needed to enjoy cooking and hosting friends popping in for a visit. The gym was a total bonus! It was just amazing! I could live here and would stay here again.

This place was perfect for our vacation. We visited California, to participate in the LA marathon and to visit Disneyland. It was perfectly located outside all the crazy traffic and City. Quiet neighborhood. The place is very spacious, love that we had access to the entire house including laundry room. Always a plus with little ones. It was a short 25 min drive to Disneyland. I would definitely recommend to book this!!!

Passei dias maravilhosos em Venice nessa estadia. A casa de Nicholus é impecavel. Super limpa, extremamente confortável e de muito bom gosto. A localização é perfeita. De frente para o canal, um lugar lindo que transmite muita paz e tranquilidade. Todos os anos passo 1 semana em Venice e sem dúvida essa foi a melhor estadia de todas!! Super recomendo. CL’s place was a perfect escape for our writers retreat. You are secluded in the Hills and away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of natural light and tons of space. The outdoor areas are so so lovely and it’s all very tranquil. Would recommend this place!

Beautiful home in a great area and upscale neighborhood near Redondo Beach Pier and Marina with great restaurants and shopping in palm tree lined streets. Spacious kitchen and huge en suite with large sitting area, walk- in closet, large bathtub and separate shower, two sinks with lots of counter space and vanity area. All bedrooms have nice attached bathrooms, plus’s there’s a half bath guest bathroom, great for privacy.

Jose was a responsive, friendly host. Ours was a last minute rental and he was very flexible and helpful. The house was p perfect layout for 6 adults and 4 children. Exceptionally clean,& welcoming . I would recommend this rental without hesitation!

Everything went well with our stay. Candis was responsive when we had questions and helpful when we needed help with one of the doors. The hot tub was nice and it was hot when we arrived which was nice. Overall a great stay 🙂

My daughter picked out Jean’s lovely home for her Birthday celebration. We’re a pretty mellow family and enjoy a cozy and elegant home to celebrate in with great surroundings. This was just perfect. Loved the home so much. Really great living room to watch movies, nice kitchen, comfy bedrooms and lots of yard space for our dogs. Nice hot tub. Really interesting architecture. Amazing huge windows, high ceilings, and the fireplace was a masterpiece. Beautiful trees and bamboo in the yard. Lots of quiet places to relax and destress. Best dog walking neighborhood. Loved it!

The house is located on the top of the hill and has great views. Location is super quiet and peaceful. Big house with a nice patio, backyard was very spacious and a perfect place to relax and chill. Tomer was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again

This was truly one of the best vacation homes I’ve ever stayed at. The house was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and offered complete privacy. The host was outstanding, always prompt and attentive to our needs. The backyard was absolutely stunning—watching the hummingbirds sip from the water fountain in the early morning was an unforgettable highlight. I can’t recommend this place enough for a relaxing getaway!

This home is beautiful. I loved that this home had more than the bare minimum of furniture. It truly felt like home. Tommy was a great host, answered all our questions and checked on us a few times. House rules clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access. We parked on the street and entered the home to access the gate key. Once parking was situated we were able to immediately relax because the amenities. From the pool, to the hot tub, guest house, and the kitchen. Omg the kitchen, and the provided cookware/dishes, request to use plastic by the pool were provided. I was able to cook dinner without buying additional items. The art work was cool, and the yard felt like you were worlds away on vacay! Sitting by the fire laughing and talking nightly was a highlight. Thank you Tommy for providing such a wonderful getaway!

This place has amazing views and is in a great location. Colby & Conrad were quick to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend this if you're looking for a wow factor in a rental.

Spent the weekend at Adil’s place with family. We had ample room to be present and enjoy our time together. My family enjoyed the space as well, they wanted to extend the stay immediately upon arrival. I’d book again if I wanted something a bit outside of LA to bring my family together & just relax in the same space.

Great house, private, spacious, modern, and walkable to everything you need (unique for LA) was perfect for our family of 6. The hosts (Tyler) and the owner were very friendly and responsive and made sure we were super comfortable. It's a definite repeat for us.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were warm, friendly, and easy to chat with, which made us feel right at home. The place itself was charming and well-kept, with the highlight being our own private pool and jacuzzi – such a treat! The ambience is fantastic, with a serene countryside design that blends beautifully with nature. A gentle breeze flows through the property, and we even spotted some small animals from time to time, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We actually ended up changing our travel plans just to spend more time here – that’s how much we enjoyed it. If you’re looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating getaway, this place is perfect. We spent most of our time exploring the local dining scene, which was just a few minutes away—tons of options for foodies! Would absolutely stay again.
